We were very pleased with there service, called in the morning and we're here before 1:00 pm. Took him only 1 hr. And done I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!!

My tech was Ethan, whom by the way was very polite, kind and professionally customer friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything from the beginning to the end.....I mostly definitely will recommend Zoom to all my friends and family based on my interaction with Ethan!!!

Zoom drain did an amazing job remodeling my sewer lines, the piping was really old and damaged which I got an in depth look at thanks to them. We decided it would be best to replace most of the system and do the liner through the rest. This works perfectly and my sewer now works much better than when I moved in.

Dante was great! Can’t recommend him highly enough! Had a very friendly and professional demeanor. He answered all of my questions and really knew all aspects of his job including possible costs of future procedures. After adding dye to check for flow through my blocked drain, he and the gentleman he worked with, both cleaned the side of the road so the bright dye wouldn’t be in front of my neighbors’ houses. No services were performed but I was happy with the assessment and recommendations that Sebastian provided and he wore shoe covers when he was in my house. He seemed knowledgeable and I would feel comfortable hiring him when I'm ready for the repairs

Let me first say I had a clog in my kitchen sink drain pipe that I tried to snake and dislodge of about 2 days. I called another plumbing company (recommended by a friend) who worked for 3-4 hours to try and snake the drain with negative results. As that company was leaving, I checked my mailbox and voila there was a flier from Zoom Drain. I called and a technician was out within a little over an hour. Now let me tell you about the technician that can out. Dante was very professional from the start even persisting to wear booties for his boots after I told him it wasn’t necessary. He thoroughly explained the options, procedures and prices for everything he may have to do. I explained everything that I had gone through and he was very reassuring that he has never met a kitchen drain that he can’t unclog. Well his record still stands because after about 2 1/2 hours of working on my drain he was able to unclog it like he said. He thoroughly examined all fittings for leaks after reassembling my pipes. He even examined my main drain with their camera scope to make sure I had a good flow through the main drain. Dante went over and above and always had a positive attitude regarding my stubborn clog. What a true professional. Thank you Dante (highly recommend) and thank you Zoom Drain for having professionals that represent your company.

I had a poor experience with Zoom. On Saturday I booked a service appointment for Monday morning. On Monday at noon, no one had shown up yet, so I called and was told my technician would come between 2-4pm. He came at 5pm. Then I was quoted $300 to replace a toilet flapper and flush mechanism that costs $21 at Home Depot and is a simple repair. That was it for me and said no thank you. The only reason I gave them 1 star instead of zero is because the technician Orville was a nice guy. Beware!

Horrible and unprofessional staff that wasted our time.I spent 350 $ and they didnt even solve the problem.The first time they came over to unclog my bath tub drain they charged us 350 $ for using a 70 ft snake.It was 2 guys that were more concerened about counting the money and talking to eachother in my driveway than anything else.Didnt get a receipt or anything ,but I was glad the problem was "solved" so I didn't care.A week or 2 latter bath tub was clogged again.People on the phone told me they are not going to charge me a second time for the same issue and that I got overcharged the first time anyway.Second time a young guy came in and wanted to charge me again.I explained I was already told that it was free on the phone.He wasn't able to get the job done and was clueless.He kept tightening a bolt instead of loosing it ,even though my boyfriend told him he was going the wrong way.He suggesed to change the pipe for 1000 $.After he left we got a quote from Zoom Drain for 800.Ofcouse we are not going to be doing any buidiness with them.We solved the problem ourselves with 25 $ Green Gobler industrial drain cleaner.It worked great. I learned my lesson -never paying cash -only using credit cards from now on.

Orville the technician that came out was very knowledgeable and efficient. Was able to clear one of our drains out and made us aware of some piping issues that we had. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn anyone considering Zoom Drain.

I was charged $16,000 for a tiny piece of pipe that took the technicians less than seven hours to replace. Nothing about the job, the explanation, or the service justified a bill anywhere near that high. I left the experience feeling blindsided, confused, and honestly sick to my stomach that a company would treat a customer this way.

What hurts most is the lack of transparency. I was never given a clear breakdown, no real justification—just a huge number and a “this is what it costs” attitude. I trusted them, and it cost me thousands more than it should have.

Please, if you’re reading this because you’re thinking of using Zoom Drain, get multiple quotes, ask questions, and don’t assume they have your best interests in mind. I wish I had. This was one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had, and I hope others don’t go through the same thing.

Dante was absolutely amazing! So friendly and professional and he did a fantastic job! Dante came right out as soon as I called and he is great! I am so pleased with this service! I'll never use anyone else for drain or sewer cleaning! This company is wonderful and Kelly was so responsive and helpful! A great experience!

I had a non urgent slow kitchen sink drain and my neighbor recommended Zoom Drain. Well, they did a great job! I called and they came out the very next day. Chris, our technician, was amazing at explaining our options and which one could do the job. One plus was the included camera snake of the drain included on any of the snaking jobs. He took the time to properly unclog a stubborn grease build up and made sure it was fully gone before completing the job.

I highly recommend them due to their professional and fast service and how friendly and thorough their employees are.

Company was superb to work with! I was shocked on how much communication we got throughout the entire process. We got email and text video chats, we were updated throughout the process while they were at our home, and the follow up was amazing! We would recommend using Zoom Drain anytime they were awesome!

Ethan was our service man. He was great! He was professional and such a nice guy. He knew exactly what the problem was. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use it again if I have any plumbing problems. I live in a 55+ neighborhood and I’m going to recommend this company to all of my neighbors.

Had a back up in house. Zoom was recommended by a friend. Called and they came out that afternoon. Tech was Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He recommended the treatment I needed to rectify the problem. He gave me 3 prices, I choose the jetter service. I waited couple of weeks before writing this review. Everything is running great. I also bought the zoom degreaser to maintain the system. The next day a tech named Orville delivered it. I would highly recommend.

Sebastian was out to help me figure out why I had water on top of my bathroom floor. He started with the toilet because it was recently reset. While he found and fixed things with the toilet, it wasn’t the toilet leaking. He looked around while I went to check on other rooms, which were now showing water pooling on top in various places. Next, I heard, “Found it!” He had opened the shower door and found the several inch high base brimming with water. He thought to check behind the faucet and found a screw loose, preventing me from pushing the lever back fully, which would turn the faucet off. Thankfully, Sebastian thought to take a picture of my shower before it was emptied & the faucet before he fixed it. I wouldn’t have thought to do that. I used his photos to submit an ins claim and was approved pretty much immediately. Thank you, Sebastian for your quick thinking in taking those photos and for fixing the leak and my toilet!

P.s. I had the drain covered because I thought I had drain gnats.

We used zoom drain since our local plumber was not available on the weekend. Nothing was draining from second floor and we needed Saturday service. Price to come out to house was $100 which I think is fair for a Saturday. Service technician was friendly and arrived on time. Estimate to clear this clog was on the high end when I researched online. Luckily, it cleared before the repair- I guess the chemical treatment I used finally kicked in. I would call again in an emergency but would stick to my local plumber otherwise due to estimate given for this repair.
