Not great experience. They list their prices as $49/hour on thumbtack. Nice technician comes out… all I needed help with was removing three stuck plungers which I explained on the request form. He tells me although it’ll take 10 minutes, it’ll cost $249 per his office. I estimating $150 tops.
So I ended up paying $49 for having no work done. They’re supposed to collect thru thumbtack but say they don’t do that.
So now I still have three stuck faucet plungers and paid $49 just to be aggravated. The technician even said it would take him less than 20 minutes, but the office gave him the price of $249.

Zoom drain was prompt and provided me with multiple levels of service options. My technician was very thorough and persistent. He was able to clear my drain line, even after it took multiple attempts. I would absolutely recommend them. Their pricing was transparent and reasonable.

I had the pleasure of using Orville from Zoom drain cleaning . I have had multiple plumbers come and never fix the problem .He used a camera to find where the clog was located which not one other plumber could clear . He then used the water pressure system and a snake multiple times to clear the drain . He went above and beyond his service call and inspected every pipe in my home to make sure where the location of the problem was located , He would get 20 stars if i could give it . All companies should have Orvilles working for them . Im sure as Orville said the company only hires the best . I believe that . I recommend them 100 percent .

Sebastian showed up more quickly than expected, and got our lines cleared out quickly and efficiently... Boroscoped the whole system after a high pressure flush, to ensure that there were no unresolved issues. Very professional, and great at his job!!

Mike, Sebastian, and Justin have been terrific and went above and beyond every step of the way. Sadly we uncovered some serious issues, but it would have been so much worse if we found out later.the team regularly worked until 9 and 10pm to ensure I had my sewer and water hooked up as quickly as possible. I can’t recommend this team enough.

I wanted to leave a wonderful review for Zoom Drain service. We had a major sewer drain malfunction that required a 74ft length of the drain to replaced.
Brad and his staff is Zoom Drain which included two cruises. Did everything possible to avoid having to replace the pipe ultimately had to be replaced another repairs had to take place our drain was incredibly old. I couldn’t say enough good things about the service they were received the crew hung in there and stayed till 1130 at night to restore service to our system. As a business, so I’m incredibly impressed how dedicated the staff of Zoom Drain was to helping us get back to full function. I was strongly recommend their service. They have incredible equipment and highly trained staff. Whether you have a simple clog in a toilet or need something major done with your sewer system, Zoom is definitely the company to choose

The gentleman they sent out was on time, organized, and let us know everything he was going to do, and the price, made for no surprise costs. I felt he even went above and beyond his scope of work to try and help us.We were very appreciative of that. I would recommend Zoom to friends and family, and anyone that has plumbing issues.

I do everything myself, so it's difficult for me to ask for help. Decided to throw in the towel and call someone local. They came that day. My house drainage system is unique. They said they never saw anything like it. They gave me 2 options and recommended the less expensive one. I gave them the go ahead and whatever assistance I could. They got it draining and I was happy, but they weren't. They got a larger snake and did it all over again. I haven't seen it drain like that in 20 years. They stuck a camera in it and showed my problem was roots. I was sure it was sediment because everything in my basement drains through it. My thanks to Chris and Joe for all their effort. They will be called next time I see it slow and will have them repair it permanently. Thank you for tolerating me and hope I got your names right. Couldn't be happier.

Hempsey's Plumbing was awesome. They are kind, courteous. They found my issue quickly and repaired it quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

I recently had a stripped faucet knob in my shower which I for sure thought I could fix myself, boy was I wrong. When trying to think of someone to help I recalled my old softball coach, Mr. Hempsey having a plumbing and heating company. Needless to say my faucet is now fixed and I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to give a first time home owner fair and professional service. I would recommend anyone to Hempseys, no matter how small the job! Thanks Mr. Hempsey :)

Phil returned my call right away and Jeff and Andy were here within the hour. It took a while with the rooter outside and ultimately they had to snake the drain from inside the house. Made sure to use drop cloths, put everything back as it was and cleaned up. Drains in the house are all working well now and I’m pleased. Will use them again if needed

Our faucet had a constant drip of water. We contacted Hempsey's and they were able to come out the next day and replaced it. No problems, no hassles, prompt service, and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Went far beyond my expectations. There was a problem getting out the old n putting in the new water heater. With years of experience they found a way without modifications to the wall, saving big money. Thanks again guys.

Unfortunately I have had to call Hempsey's plumbing multiple times in the past few months. They have been very responsive, usually coming out the same day. Jeff is a great addition to their crew. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Prompt, friendly, and conscientious. Andy came out on time, and noticed a scratch on our new sink that I’d overlooked. Once I got a replacement, Ryan came out right away and installed it and a new faucet. Everything worked out great!

The Hempsey family are extremely knowledgeable plumbers. The job was quickly scheduled, and the work was great and at a fair price. If you need plumbing work done, look no further.

I've have called Hempsey's out a few times over the years for issues most recently a toilet problem. They called me back, came out & fixed the problem all in the same day!

This week was my second experience with Hempsey's and I can't say which was better. Both times I made a phone call and within hours a plumber was at my door. They were professional and made the needed repairs in a timely manner. This is Mr Hempsey's 30th year in business and longevity in business happens for specific reasons: Good customer service and reasonable prices only being two.
