I have more than 10 years of experience of ordering flowers for my friends in West Orange. I've made my first order with Metroplantexchange yesterday and my friends received the best flowers they ever get! All other West Orange florists can not compete with Metroplantexchange in flowers quality and in their arrangements I have to add several words about my recent experience of Feb 21, 2020. It would be unfair not to express gratitude for the beautiful flowers this year. The current bouquet is no worse than the previous one.

I have shopped at Metropolitan Plant Exchange prior (for houseplants and I have used them as a florist and was very satisfied). But, my husband had this Lily and Rose arrangement delivered yesterday (Feb. 14th), and this is how it arrived! Dead roses! And wilted lilies. When I saw it I was so disappointed 😔. I immediately gave it some water. My husband wanted to take it back. I told him that the arrangement will look better tomorrow (which is today (2/15), and the flowers might be a bit thirsty. But today, I am even more disappointed the lilies are already falling apart and the roses 🥀 never revived. Very disappointed! Broken trust!

I ordered a decorative pot of orchids for a friend's 60th birthday. I requested colored orchids in lieu of the white and they delivered a gorgeous arrangement of deep fuchsia orchids. This was the message I received from my friend: "OMG. SO BEAUTIFUL! Two large stems loaded with buds!" Thank you for making her so happy.

I went in a little overwhelmed by the size, and selection of this impressive place, but the friendly florists were super helpful! I gave Viki I think(?) My budget and specific color ideas and we went through the freezers together and wow! What crazy awesome art did we make!
She was knowledgeable, helped me stay on budget, had great ideas, and made the experience super pleasant!

Was introduced to this place by a family member. Great place to visit, staff are very helpful and courteous. Great selection of vegetables and companion planting flowers for this backyard gardener. Prices are reasonable, thus making my 75 mile trip a worthwhile experience. It's a little piece of plant lovers paradise.

Gave us a written quote, came back and asked for $1300 more after arriving late and treated my wife disrespectfully. Then told me to take them to court if I wanted to hold them to their offer.

We had a massive tree overhanging our house that we needed to remove. I reached out to many tree cutting companies and it was clear that there are very few companies that have the hardware in-house to handle trees this big. This company has the hardware and as a result their prices are extremely competitive. To top it off the tree was gone with almost no trace in 7 hours. They even blew the sawdust off the roof and the neighbor's yard afterwards..

Came to my house on time and did an amazing job. We will be definitely using there services again. Beautified my home. And my neighbors now using them Thank you for an amazing job. Had all the equipment, crane grinders, log trucks. When tgey said no job is too big, they meant it.

North Jersey Tree Specialists ruined our slate sidewalk by driving their crane truck over it without proper protection. They took full responsibility and promised to replace the broken sidewalk, but instead, they stopped responding to my calls and emails and it has become clear that they lied.

While they did a decent job on the tree, they were rushed to get to their next job and tried to leave after 30 minutes when the job was not even close to being done. I pointed out all the remaining deadwood that needed to be cut and they did complete it to my satisfaction. However, I now have to pay to replace the slate sidewalk that they ruined.

I had a great experience with Full Cycle. They were professional, reliable, and really knew what they were doing. My lawn was struggling before, but after their work, my grass is now healthy, green, and looks better than ever. They took the time to explain what was needed and delivered exactly what they promised. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their yard!

I had Full Cycle come out to remove some old shrubs that had gotten a bit out of control. It was a tough job- deep roots, lots to dig up- but they did it right, and they’re very easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for yard improvement projects!

We had a lot of heavy rocks on our property and clean up from winter. Full Cycle did a great job taking all the waste out of the yard and giving us a fresh start. The pricing was also reasonable so would use them again.
