Dennis @ SB Heating & Air had to really battle with the thermostat. He fixed my wall furnace first & it's about 30 years old. He left my house & came back 3 or 4 times that day until he found a compatible thermostat. He was just as concerned for my 93 y/o grandmother as I was. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, tenacious & caring. If anyone needs any heating, air, or electrical work done, I highly suggest using SB Heating & Air. He also saved us at least $1,600. I called 4 other companies that wanted to charge me approximately $175 just to assess the job, non refundable, & also said their was no way to fix my old furnace & I needed a brand new appliance & pay over $ 150 per hour for repair service! Jose was very prompt in providing a quote. He arrived in my house well-groomed. He also made sure that he had clean shoecovers on hand. He took off his shoes and put them on again when he climbed up to the roof of the third-floor apartment.
He was straight-forward - he took pictures and video of what needed to done and the final results.

This is a great company to have on your team for HVAC services. We had Tom come out to give us a bid in 2015, but our timing did not work out. However, we were so impressed by him that we kept his bid all these years and when we were ready to install a new furnace and put in ac, his company was the last one we called after getting multiple bids over the past year. We felt that he would give us the most competitive bid out there and we were right. We got a great value for the equipment and services we received. Plus - Tom is a nice guy to boot!
