This company is great. Travis and his crew have serviced the hvac system of my home several times, with honesty and excellence. This time at a new home, it was no different. Andrew texted his ETA. He was right on time. He is extremely knowledgeable, and he explained everything that he was doing. He even moved my garbage bins away from the curb and to the side. Their honesty and dedication to customers is something I appreciate.

You can trust this company! They installed a new air conditioner for us, and they did an excellent job. This company has been providing services for many years. Professional, hardworking, and very knowledgeable. Explains everything in detail, so that you understand the entire process, from a replacement to a check-up. Daniel, the owner, is available at all times to answer questions and concerns. Steven was a great tech and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended! !

The technicians that checked and serviced the HVAC systems in my home were fantastic! They were punctual and very careful with their work. They took the time to investigate a possible issue with the mini-split system. I would definitely use them again.

I've had a service contract with these guys for a few years now, and my parents had a service contract with them for many years prior. They are consistently superb: friendly, efficient, don't try to oversell, and do a good job.

The couple of times my parents' system or mine needed repairs done, they were fairly priced, handled quickly, and I haven't needed the same thing repaired multiple times.

In the beginning, we had a great experience with Davidson. The installers were great and the job was (almost) done well. The team even took the extra time to work around our complicated attic configuration and made sure that we knew how to use the equipment.

Unfortunately, after the install, it seems that we are no longer valued as customers. The only part missing was a custom return vent cover, which still needs to be specially ordered. We were told that it would take a few weeks to come in, but it has now been over 4 months and we still don’t have the cover installed. We have no problem waiting for the right part to come in, but there has been virtually NO communication from Davidson unless we call them. Even then, we usually are told we will get an update or follow up call and they never follow through. And here is the kicker: They have ordered and tried to install the new part FOUR TIMES and each time it’s “the wrong measurement”. I understand that they are not making this part, but at the very least they could have contacted us each time the part arrived instead of waiting for us to reach out and wasting weeks of time. During the most recent call to them, we discovered they finally got the permits in, but who knows how long they’ve been holding them for. We have also asked them to come and look one of the pipes and they never actually came or reached out about it again.

I really wanted to give Davidson a great review, but with every interaction they have shown that they don’t respect us as customers and lack professional communication skills. There are so many things Davidson truly does well, but they have dropped the ball with us.

On the coldest day of the year our furnace stopped working. Joe from Davidson HVAC found the problem quickly and heat restored instantly. The cost was a regular service under$129. Great service, prompt and very reasonable. Can’t beat that. Oh and BtW, this was my second service from Davidson HVAC. Thank you guys for a terrific experience.

The serviceman came promptly after we called that our furnace wasn't working. It turned out furnace was fine but thermostat had died. He replaced it with a much better one. We are very pleased with the service from Davidson, We are long time customers as is our daughter who lives in town and we have referred several customers to them when our friends ask us who we would recommend.

Davidson was recommended by my usual A/C company as the were closed for vacation. DAVIDSON. COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER!!! I. Called on Monday after my A/C went dead. They made an appt for Wednesday but promised me they would try for late Tuesday. I got a call at 2:15 Tuesday that they were on their way. Fantastic! Ken at the office and Jay the technician were excellent! Friendly and informative. Would absolutely use again!!

Woke up with no heat. Called Davidson. They were friendly, courteous and clearer with the process and expected steps to address the issue. A technician showed up shortly after who was clearly well trained and knowledgeable about heating systems. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in totality. The charge for the service was very reasonable. I will absolutely use Davidson again.

I was very pleased with choosing Davidson to provide my new HVAC system. They were reasonably priced and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The guys who did the installing were efficient, very courteous, knowledgeable, arrived when scheduled and extremely neat. Communication with the company was great and last but not least I received a sweatshirt! I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic. On time, friendly, transparent, and honest! My system needs to be replaced but got it going for the rest of the summer. Definitely having Davidson replace it when the cooler weather arrives.
