I had a problem with my filter, so I reached out to a friend group and they had move their pool serviced by Aquatic Pools and he said they were good. I called and Darren had someone out the same day and within an hour the guys troubleshot it and had it up and running again. Thanks to Darren and the team

We've now hired Aquatic Pools for two seasons in a row and each one has been a breeze! They live up to their expectations! Carlos, part of their pool maintenance staff, has been maintaining our pool and has always been friendly, diligent, and on time. Additionally, their customer support; Mary and service manager; Roisin have always listened to us and have responded quickly to all request we had.

With opening, maintaining, and closing our pool, we were very happy with their process and the experience! Would definitely recommend Aquatic Pools to others!

I contacted Acquatic Pools before buying the our home so I could get an estimate on getting the pool fix. Darren came and explained to us everything we needed to get the pool back in good shape. He sat down with us and explained the pro and cons of every single product. They did an outstanding job bringing the pool back to life. Darren and Acquatic crew are very professional and courteous ( Richie,Steven,Carlos) I would recommend Acquatic Pools for anything related to pools!

I can not say enough of the many years of superb service we receive from Acquatic Pools. Raising a large family who wanted a pristine pool has been a joy. Any glitch at any time was responded immediately and never have gone a day with out enjoying our pool. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Never have had better service in all the years we have been using ACQUATIC and also redid the pool and surrounding area which is beautiful.

Everyone at Aquatic has been professional, courteous, helpful, and honest. They saved us thousands of dollars by repairing our control panel vs installation of a new system/ panel that another pool service said was only solution. In the 17 yrs that I have owned my home. I have had 3 pool companies and I am elated to say that Aquatic Pool is by far highly recommended for all your pool service needs. Whenever it comes to opening and closing your pools. They are punctual and keep there appointment times. When it comes to servicing your pools Darren and his staff are 5 star rated. Quality and professionalism! We have been a customer of Darren for many years. His service has always been consistent, and we could not be happier. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We would not trust anyone else with our pool needs but Acquatic.

Acquatic Pools closed my pool in 2020 and opened it in May 2021. After opening the pool it became obvious that my outdated DE filter needed to be replaced. I contacted the owner of the company Darren Pellegrino, and in a couple of days he provided a detailed estimate for my project. What's more he followed up with a phone call and answered all my questions so I had a very clear understanding of the new equipment and installation process. The work was promptly scheduled and the installer showed up on time and completed the work on the same day. He was very professional and courteous. Overall I've had a great experience with Acquatic Pools and can definitely recommend their services to the pool owners.

I dealt with David during the estimate process. He was able to work with my timeline and provided a fair price. I was dealing with other contractors but the interaction with David, his responsiveness, and follow up convinced me that Acquatic Pools was the best choice to replace my pool liner.

David was meticulous in measuring my pool and was as concerned about the accuracy as I was. Ben Was also great to deal with. He removed the existing liner and prepped the pool for the new liner installation.

Darren (the owner) came to my home and actually installed the new liner with Ben. You almost never see an owner that hands one with delivering the final product/service!

My new liner was installed just yesterday (as promised) but so far so good. I would definitely recommend Acquatic Pools to anyone looking to replace their pool liner. Thanks again Darren, David and Ben!

I am highly satisfied with the change to "Acquatic Pools" as my pool management company for the 2023 season. I enjoyed the pool throughout the summer season without any issues, and they were always quick to repair any problems that arose with the heater and pump. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others, and I plan to renew my contract with them for the year 2024.

They installed the rebound product around the deck of my pool and it’s so much more comfortable than the old cement. It’s also been much safer for my daughter to play on.

I was really not looking forward to opening my pool this season, and all the things that entails. Found Acquatic Pools through a friend, and am happy with their service. Fast and Friendly Crew. Efficient too!

Acquatic is a great pool company.. they make owning a pool stress free.. Great service company and have recommended them to all of my friends who have pools.

I called Aquatic pools on a neighbor’s recommendation. I called for a pool closing estimate which after waiting a week for, I had to call in and remind them i didn’t receive it only to be told oh, sorry I forgot. After getting the estimate they are much more expensive than my usual pool service.
Then spoke to Darren and he price adjusted the closing cost to gain our business.
Set up my closing to which they no showed me on 2 occasions, no call, no text just a no show. Horrible customer service would never recommend this company to anyone!
Darren was also supposed to give me an estimate on replastering my pool to which I never received! Not surprised
