We had the team at Apex come out to install a new retaining wall in our backyard. We’re in Bernalillo, and it wasn’t an easy job due to the slope of the yard. They handled it like pros. The wall is sturdy, and it blends in nicely with the rest of the landscaping. Really glad we went with them for this project.

Apex Concrete just finished a patio for us in our backyard in Rio Rancho, and it turned out great! We wanted something simple but durable, and that’s exactly what they delivered. Currently doing a wage claim because this business can't pay two single days of work. This review is legit and there's the proof . I am not going to look for y'all and chase my money I'll take this review off when a check is mailed to my address or settled in civil court so don't even try to disregard this. This company is a SCAM is doing shady business. The law will eventually catch up to you people

I LOVED working with 4 Seasons for my new roof. The guys are such hard workers and dealt with a weather event in the middle of the job. I am looking forward to working with them on other projects including some stucco repair and re-roofing my shed.

Estimator, Jayme, was able to beat another company’s quote. They showed up on time and were efficient. The gutters look great!

John and Jayme Morillo oversaw installation of gutters in my new home . They then developed a landscaping plan and oversaw construction. Lovely! They took me to purchase plants and gave me lots of options for rock and mulch. During construction, they visited several times a day. I could not be happier with their work.

I hired 4 seasons for my backyard work to install artificial turf and gravel work. They took half of the amount in advance and started work for 2 days and all of a sudden they disappeared and never responded to finish the gravel and turf work. I tried calling daily but they didn’t respond to my calls. Turf work was not even started. I strongly recommend not to hire these highly unprofessional guys. They are like scamming the public.

My neighbor got a new roof installed by 4 Seasons. I got a yard full of water bottles, trash, asphalt and over 50 nails in my rocks just waiting to hurt my dogs. I called the estimator who promised it would all be cleaned up and then tried to get my business. I have had to get a roller magnet and have been sweeping my yard for a week and still getting nails.

I understand roofing is a messy business, but I will never do business with a company with so little regard for the people they impact. And I would recommend you look elsewhere too.

We looked for several years trying to find an architect that would work with us on a design for our dream home. We really wanted to do passive solar home with post and beam construction and an emphasis on efficiency. In a Google search we finally found Sunlight Homes. The process of designing our home was very personalized, including a site visit to our property and consideration for how we actually lived in our previous home. The design process was enjoyable with careful consideration to our wants and desires coupled with critical review to ensure design aspects were considered. Once the design was finalized, the plan review by the building inspector was easy as the plans were very thorough. The builder was impressed that the plans actually considered constructibility. Sunlight Homes was available for consultation during the building process and the component package was complete with no errors or omissions. The final product is absolutely gorgeous and we love our Sunlight Home. We highly recommend Sunlight Homes. Our home is a one of a kind masterpiece.

We are repeat customers for Sunlight Homes; our first build was designed by Evan's father Jon Davis. When we decided to build a second time we returned to Sunlight. Evan has successfully continued the tradition of designing beautiful, comfortable and energy efficient homes; he was a pleasure to work with. Our home has abundant natural light, is warm in the winter and cool in the summer, even without use of heating or cooling systems. With the addition of PV and thermal solar systems, water and energy-saving appliances, rainwater harvesting and drought-tolerant landscaping, our home received "Emerald" certification from Build Green NM (equivalent to highest LEED national level).

Evan recently designed my new home as well as provided the custom SIP package. I couldn't be more happy. The look, the feel, and the energy savings are amazing. I highly recommend Evan and Sunlight Homes!

If there were more stars, I'd give Sunlight Homes and Evan Davis a 10!!! First of all, it is a sheer delight to work with Evan. He is nice, professional, down to earth, funny, smart, and just an all around great person. Not only is he a great guy but he is a fantastic architect- he is knowledgeable, creative, energetic, talented, and really listens to you about your ideas.
Then he transforms your ideas along with his expertise perfectly into the design. AND he is passionate about his job. He loves what he does and it shows in every aspect of your project.

It was so much fun working with Evan on the design of my dream home. We went over the plans countless times, with Evan constantly offering new and inventive ideas. And if something wasn't quite right, I'd tell Evan what I was envisioning and he worked his magic and came back with something even better than what my vision had been. It really was an incredible experience. Evan works at what you want your home to look like, and how you want it to function, and how you want each room to feel, and he makes it happen.

After the design was completed, I then had the pleasure of watching Evan's plans come together with the builder to create my home. The house is positively gorgeous, inside and out. It is so tight and unbelievably solid, it feels like a fortress. And the natural light coming through the windows in every single room is absolutely warm and inviting. Every single person who has walked through this house can't say enough about how beautiful it is. Energy efficient? It's positively amazing - it stays more than comfortable all the time - it's a dream home. I've been living in it now for 6 months and I love it more and more every day. I could never thank Evan enough for creating this home for me. If you are lucky enough to build a custom home, choose Sunlight Homes. You will surely be happy that you did.

They poured a sidewalk and a new patio in the back, also removed bushes in the front and poured a porch with stamped concrete and a railing. We LOVE it!!!! We will hire them again. All of them professional, nice and patient with my crazy questions.
