At the recommendation of a relative, we used Doyle Roof Masters for the first time to assess and repair a minor leak we had at one of our commercial properties. I must say, I was impressed at their initial inspection which, identified major errors made by our local Cable/Internet provider when laying the initial coax cable. We resolved this issue and Doyle Roof Masters proceeded with a sound repair to our roof at a reasonable price. We will consider Doyle Roof Masters when addressing any future roofing needs.

Doyle Roofmasters did a wonderful job replacing the flat roof. Crew was efficient, courteous and maintained a clean and safe work environment. Super happy with the new roof.

Don't know where to begin. My pro panel roof was in let's say...self destructing from a very poor remodel before I bought the house. Everything was fine when I bought the house but it just got worse. I wasn't recommended to choose Doyle roofing I just saw a work truck and gave them a call. Jim came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. His employees are top notch! They get along well and have a really great system of getting the job done right. We had some delays due to weather and underlying things like rotting wood which they took care of immediately. During rescheduling and other small issues I didn't have to contact them, they were in contact with me timely and efficiently. BTW...If you hire Doyle roofing masters...which I highly recommend. When you meet Jim.....he does a amazing impersonation of Hank Hill. Just had to throw that out there. THANKS AGAIN Doyle Roof Masters!!

Doyle Roof Masters has been my go-to roofers for more than 15 years because they never pressured me into replacing my roof. Year after year, Jim Doyle would check and say no, not yet. When he finally said it was time, I knew it was time, because he had earned my trust. The new roof is beautiful. Doyle replaced my mom's roof, too, and it also looks great. Plus, Doyle worked with her and her insurer to cover some, if not all, of the cost. Experience counts, and integrity matters. Doyle has it all.

Doyle is wonderful to work with. I've used them for over 15 yrs. and trust them fully. I get my roof routinely inspected by them every 2 to 3 yrs, and most of the time it's minor maintenance like caulking around the fireplace chimney and vents. The service I had recently was to replace a custom sized sky light that was cracked and had begun to leak. I had never had it replaced and have lived in my house since 1987. I also have an almost flat roof section over a back room addition, that includes that sky-light. They replaced the surface of this roof due to damage from normal wear and tear from sun, wind and rain. I repair or resurface that roof every 6 to 12 yrs to prevent leaks. I don't ever feel as if Doyle tries to up-service me or sell me somethung I don't need.
The Doyle crew did a great job. They came according to my scheduling needs. They were quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. I was home, but didn't need to be there.
I started using them because they were recommended by a friend and have never regretted my decision to use them.
I highly recommend them for their thoroughness, skill and honesty. I feel like they treat me and my house as they would if they owned it. Bravo Doyle!!!

I have left multiple messages with no response. I'm calling in regards to a warranty. Is this company still in business ?

They might want to tell their drivers to be more respectful on the road if they're driving in company trucks. This morning on my way to work I got honked at and tailgated by one of their drivers merging onto the freeway. Very rude. Obviously not feeling the Christmas spirit.

They did a great job repairing our roof. Their prices are reasonable and all of the employees are very professional! I would definitely recommend Alex's Roofing to anyone.

Alex Roofing repaired a leak in patio area in Nov.2018. "One year
warranty" was written on receipt. I called Alex in early 2019 to inspect the
work done by 2 of his employees as it still leaked when it rained.
I called 2 times, left messages, e-mailed his office and got no reply.
The warranty was useless as I was unable to reach anyone there.

I regularly recommend Alex to my clients as a roofer to interview. He has consistently done a great job and I have always been able to count on him to stand behind his work. I trust him enough that I use him on my personal properties as well. I most often rely on him for roof work, but he has done other things for me as well since he's a full service GC. I have no trouble feeling confident when I give out his information as a recommendation.

Put roof on 9 years earlier with 10 year warrantee. Charged $ 2,500 for caulk maintenance.. Said it would take all day with many workers but only worked 2 hours for this extraordinary amount of money. I was really ripped off.

By buying this house I had to agree to have contractors that the previous owner got bids on to fix the roof and other repairs. I was not happy with this, because I have people whom I've worked with for years who I trust to do the job perfectly. Anyway, I had no choice if I wanted to buy the house. I was SOOOOO lucky that the previous owner chose Alex's Roofing. They were incredibly professional, and we managed communication while I was overseas. The reason I know they did a perfect job was because my people came to inspect the house afterwards, and they told me that they could not have done a better job, that Alex did a better job then they could have done. Alex and his team were also very patient with me in their communication and flexibility with timing and special order skylights, etc. I enthusiastically recommend Alex's Roofing. They are affordable and maybe provide the best quality roofing repair/installation in ABQ. They are honest, flexible and fair and deliver as promised. Thanks Alex and team!

Billed after only half the work completed, skylights not properly insulated, repeatedly pointed out areas of concern and they were ignored. Owner failed to show up and did not contact me on a day a I took off from work, crew left trash all over roof. Could never get anyone to respond on phone, but have a long list of emails with complaints. Took over a year to try and get repairs done properly and I finally just gave up. Areas over porch still have same leaks that I pointed out three separate times to Alex. I have a long list of issues and will never let this company on my property again.

Guy driving work truck was driving very aggressive and had papers flying out of his truck - tailgating, speeding down Northern. Based off of that, I would not recommend or even consider using them. Go with futuristic roofing - much more professional.

Alex and team gave us a competitive quote for a full roof replacement with TPO. The office staff is excellent, very professional and responsive. They were able to accommodate our request to quickly fit the work into their schedule. The crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, and left the worksite clean. It was a pleasure dealing with them, they did quality work at a reasonable price.

7am they started tearing off the old shingles on the house, inspected everything, fixed what needed fixed, and here it is almost 3pm, and they almost finished. All new singles and underlayment. Of course they had 9 people one the job, very organized and experienced I what I seen.
