I have been using Alex Roofing for over ten years. Recently Alex did an inspection and followed up with warranty work and roof repairs. The crew showed up when promised, and worked together to finish all of work required. Even cleaning my skylights and did a nice job cleaning the worksite. The office staff are the best. They kept me informed, explained the process and answered all of my questions. Thanks again for a job well done!

Above and Beyond came out on a Sunday after my pipe for my dishwasher broke and I had water all over the first floor of my home. They came right away, within one hour of me calling them. They cleaned up the water and placed special fans to dry the carpet. I would use them again if I were to have an emergency like that again. Thank you Above and Beyond for your excellent response and service!

Above and Beyond responded to a water leak at my home. They saved me thousands of dollars in damages by responding very quickly. Their personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate experience of having a water leak. I can’t thank them enough for what they did to help save my largest investment, my home!!!

I spent several weeks trying to find a plumber to replace a gas valve on an aging boiler. As the temperatures had dropped, no one was available and the house was getting colder every night. As a last ditch effort, I called Enrique via a mutual friend. He had a plumber to my East Mountain residence the next day and the boiler working the day afterwards. Reliable with solid work and clear communication!

How your employees carry themselves can reflect greatly on the quality of what kind of service they provide. This driver for no apparent reason had to cut me off changing lanes through an intersection and then brake checked me in my semi truck. The only reason he didn't continue his road rage was a sheriff was right next to us. I tipped two pallets over in my semi trailer trying to not collide with this fantastic employee. This guy ruined my day. FOR NO APPARENT REASON. Screw this driver overgrown baby.

I was excited to hire Polished Concrete Company after seeing some of the work they did on larger scale projects. They turned out to be one of the worst contractors we hired. The crew did considerable damage to the house and the floor they did gets worse every day despite having sent someone to "fix" things on several occasions. My largest issue with this company was their attempt to circumvent paying for the damage by insisting that they would fix the doors despite repeatedly telling them that they would not be touching the houses after their initial work. They did ultimately end up going through with an insurance claim to fix damages, but continue to harass us about receiving the damaged parts of the home which they seem to believe they are owed. This experience was such an extreme contrast from the professionalism they showed upfront that I couldn't understand how things had gone so poorly. Some of the workers explained that there are very few experienced workers left and massive turnover, which is why we were sent a crew who had never done a floor before. Highly do not recommend this company.

Very positive experience. I received quotes from multiple companies for a home driveway replacement and Polished Concrete Company’s price was significantly lower than everyone else. The day of the install the work crew was here bright and early ready to get started. They were friendly and did an excellent job removing the old, damaged concrete slab, and the new driveway they installed came out perfect. The following day the crew came back to remove the wooden forms and they put all of the affected landscaping very neatly back in place ( I actually think they left it even tidier than it was before). Within a day and a half I had a brand new driveway completely installed. They also emailed me a letter of warranty covering one full year on the new slab. Highly recommend.

We had concrete work done around our pool, patio, and car port. It’s been three years and everything has held up perfectly. The team was professional, reliable, and did an excellent job. We will use them again for all our concrete projects.

I used them first on a concrete pad under an existing structure and they were excellent, responsive, and reasonably priced. The patio turned out fantastic.

So we are using them in our next commercial space, to cut, pour and polish the floor of our office. Great service, reasonable prices and good follow through.

10 years ago Ruele provided a home Sto-stucco which included patching a crack where the foundation had settled and was showing 1/8- 1/4 inch movement from winter to summer. I have not had a problem with the crack since. Stucco coat 10 years later still looks very fresh. Thanks Ruele

Hardworking crew. Attention to detail. Very good cleanup. Professional application of Sto. Our adobe casita looks great.

The laborers did good work but I had a hard time dealing with the salesman and superintendent. They claimed that I did not tell them I was having doors replaced and charged me extra for work around the doors. I understand they needed to charge me extra if more work was required but to claim that I did not tell them about the doors was a lie. I told them multiple times and even gave them the name and phone number of my door contractor. And he talked to the superintendent and told them what he was going to do.

They treated me like I was an idiot. Customer service needs to improve before I would recommend them.
