We were very happy with our experience working with Doyle Roofing Masters. The owner Jim Doyle came out and did the estimate. He’s very personable and friendly.

We needed to have old tree sediment that was blocking a valley on our 30 year old pitched tile roof on the house we had recently purchased. This was causing some visible rot on a potion of the soffit and fascia. Jim’s quote was based on what he could see without removing too many tiles. He was transparent with the fact that the quote was good for what he could see, and that his crews may find addition issues when they pulled tiles.

They did find issues. More rot than had been expected was discovered. Jim’s team was in constant contact with me regarding what they found and they expedited a revised quote. The number was fair, and work was completed in a timely manner. We’ve had no issues since the work was completed.

I’ll definitely be calling Doyle Roofing Masters if I have any more problems, and also would recommend to friends and family.

Jim Doyle’s evaluation was thorough, based on a lifetime of experience, and he went over it with me in words I could understand. Once I accepted the estimate, the work was done promptly and, as far as I can tell, very well. I am not expecting to have further problems with my nicely patched roof until I need a new one!

Great company! Excellent customer service. They came out for an estimate quickly when I discovered a leak starting in my closet. I was able to get a roof repair done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and when I asked one of them if they could clean a window that was above my porch where they were working it was no problem. I will definitely call them back in the future.

Doyle Roof Masters are the best!! From the guy who came to look at the roof to give us a quote to the lady who scheduled the appointment to the amazing guys who came out to do the job, they were all wonderful!! They removed what gravel and cypress tree needles they needed to from our roof and spent several days working hard coating the roof, the parapets, around the canales and around the five skylights. One of the many things that impressed us was that they didn't get anything on the skylights and they cleaned up all of the mess from the job and left our porch and yard looking exactly how it had been before the job. They were also really polite and communicative and let us know when they arrived, when they were finished for the day and when they would be back the next day. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you might have!

What great customer service! The process was so easy from start to end. The owner came out and inspected the roof. He explained everything and was very thorough. Told me what was needed immediately to fix the leak, and things that could be done down the road. I never felt any pressure from him or his office staff. When I got the quote it was a good price. Workers came out, very respectful, and did a good job, then they were gone. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my time working with Jim, Mario, and the other members of the roofing team. I appreciated the patience of Jim, Teresa, and Mike as I sent multiple questions about the installation of new shingles during the planning for the work.

I was very impressed with the care for the team members especially as the roof temperatures surpassed 120 degrees on a couple of days (in March)

I also appreciated the care Mario, Juan, and other team members took in identifying weaknesses in the roof deck and then repairing those weaknesses.

The team was also very helpful, especially when I noticed very late an installation mistake. Mario and his team jumped in and got everything fixed. I am also glad the team was willing to take the time to make the installation look really good.

I am really happy with the way the new roof turned out.

I would highly recommend using Doyle Roof Masters for your roofing needs. They have done work both on an office building and residential home and the work was outstanding. They are reasonably priced, timely and communicative.

Do not ignore the bad reviews! We did and very much regret it. We have been using this company for close to five years for roof maintenance and repairs and had some great experiences with them, but this time was regrettable to say the least. They are perfectly nice people until there is an issue and then they are nasty and rude.

We received a quote for a roof replacement due to a large leak in our roof. The person who quoted the roof came into our home and was shown the area where the leak was as that was our biggest concern. It took a few months to get into the schedule so they came and did a temporary fix to the roof to prevent any further leaks until the roof could be replaced. This is to say, they definitely knew this area was a concern. The crew came and replaced the roof over four days. My husband went up onto the roof after they left and noticed several of the canales were almost entirely sealed shut with tar and a covering that had fallen down accidentally, rendering them useless (photos attached). They came out and fixed this portion.

That same day, my husband started tearing out the drywall of the ceiling where the largest leak was to repair it and found they did not replace any of the boards around that leak. They were moldy and one was even completely splintered and structurally compromised. I was in the room when they were fixing that canale the next day and the guy’s boot almost came through the ceiling. With the invoice they sent pictures of the job. There is a section where they show areas of the roof with all of the tar and gravel off before repairing any boards. This specific area of the roof had no pictures included with the tar and gravel off. We thought this was a bit suspicious.

When we sent them a picture of the boards from inside their response was, “OMG! I am so sorry. Leaving the canales like that was bad enough. But this is unacceptable and they will certainly hear about it.” They admitted it was unacceptable. This was not fixed for a further 2 weeks which rendered our bedroom unusable as well as required more time out of our house due to the noise and smell as we have two young kids.

When they reached out to close the invoice I raised my concerns and disappointments and was met with a very rude response from Theresa. She cut me off at every opportunity, told me we should be lucky they aren’t charging us extra for the part they came back to fix, blatantly told me I was lying about the canales being sealed shut, and that any extra time out of the house was “your choice.” She told me all of my concerns were “irrelevant” and that they had no way of knowing the moldy and broken boards were bad from the roof, so that isn’t their fault. She sent me pictures from when they fixed it where you can see the damaged portion, even in the poorly lit photo (attached, circled damaged area). It seems the crew and front office do not communicate because we were told several other items would be done before we close out the invoice, none of which were completed.

I am extremely disappointed not only in the job that was done, but by the rude and unprofessional response I received from Theresa. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

I have delt with Doyle Roof Masters for the last 13 years on both my main home and rental property. They are honest and dependable. The first time I got a quote for a leaking roof, I tried fixing myself and the next year it started leaking again. I called and asked for another estimate as it had been a year. They looked up the quote and said materials and labor have not changed and honored the quote from the previous year. They just preformed maintenance on both properties and showed up on time and finished the projects flawlessly. Thank you to all that work here.

We have used Doyle Roof Masters on numerous occasions, and this time it was to modify a downspout for use with a rain barrel. As always, the work was exemplary; the employees were prompt, efficient and polite, respecting our property. We also appreciated that, as the job was small, Doyle made a reduction in their normal minimum fees.

Follow up: Torrential rain revealed that roof still leaked a little, Doyle came out and re-patched it twice for a small reasonable fee. Very happy with service, we are “loyal to Doyle.”

I've used Doyle to replace a roof and other work with a garage turbo vent. They are an exceptional business. From communication to the actual work being done on site, I highly recommend them for work at your house.

I bought a home that had a fairly new metal roof that had been installed by Doyle and it carried a 5-year warranty that required an annual inspection. Through these inspections and annual resealing of penetrations I came to know the company and found their quality of work and service to be second to none. One of my skylights sprang a leak and it took several trips by Doyle techs to get it winnowed down - all covered by warranty.

When I purchased an adjacent property that had a cabin with a metal roof that needed work, there was no question of who I would hire. They repaired all of the problems over there as well.

Their prices are absolutely reasonable and they are very easy to schedule with… I do most of it through texting but phone calls work too.

Great company, great folks to work with.

Jim Doyle replaced my roof about 15 years ago. He is very punctual and professional. Nothing has been needed for the past 9 years. He is coming to reseal the week of Sept 15th 2025.

Edit: Juan and his partner came out on Monday September 15th. They did the work in under 30 minutes and they were very professional.

Good man, good crew. Arrived on time and went to work immediately. Continued until the job was done. Cleaned up everything and left a good looking roof. Highly recommended!

Been doing business with Doyle for about 20 years now. They replaced my roof 20 years ago. A standard flat roof as you find in Albuquerque. It’s still going strong. They do a free inspection every year. All you have to do is call and ask.. If they find any thing that needs attention, they let you know and it gets taken care of. When and if I need another roof, I will be calling Doyle. They’re the best.

I had a small job repairing a shed roof. They did a great job communicating, scheduling and rescheduling when they couldn’t arrive because of weather. The Doyle team is very professional. Easy to work with.

We have used Doyle in the past and went with Doyle to replace our roof with a more sturdy option and they were able to coordinate with the stucco company we used for some stucco work and the communication and response to calls is superior. They are quick to respond and address any concerns or issues with leaks and address any warranty work promptly. I would recommend them highly if you are considering getting roof work done.
