After getting several quotes, we went with Sunrise because their price was competitive, they were honest, and they had great communication. They installed a standing seam metal roof faster than they estimated and it looks great. At some point one of our gutters was bent and they made sure to replace it - we hadn’t even noticed the gutter had bent. We were really impressed with their honesty. I can’t recommend Sunrise enough.

Excellent experience with A Plus.
I spent a lot of time on line checking on everything roofing.
I have a 2300 s.f. tar and gravel roof from the 1950's that was reroofed and patched. Decided that a Silicone Roof was better than a complete tear off.
Went with A Plus because of their history of reviews and the fact that all they did was Silicone Roofing.
Joe met me and talked about the process (and what a process it was) and that it would take 5 days or so. His price quote was higher than a different roofers by quite a bit.
I called Joe and with a senior discount and me having a place to store the old scraped gravel, we lowered the price.
It was still a lot higher but I had a lot more confidence in A Plus and it's silicone roofing system.
I am retired so I was home during the whole process and had a ringside seat. I was awaken at 6:45 am with many men scraping my old roof..
For the next six days I observed a team of professionals do a first rate job. Everybody was into doing it the right way. The work ethic was very impressive. The results look amazing.

I interviewed a number of companies, and A+ was the only one that described exactly how silicone should be applied properly. I had several companies bid to silicone coat my roof. The owners Dave and his son Joe were absolutely professional, informative and so unbelievably communicative with me before, during and after completion. Their price was competitive. There was some stucco staining during the process and they repainted it without any hesitation I absolutely recommend them without any hesitation

I had a new roof installed about 1 year ago this month. I wanted to give it some time to see how it endured during the last 12 months. It has gone well.

Dave and Joe are easy to work with. I had a urethane foam roof covered with small river rock that was starting to leak. They were required to remove all the rock, and then clean and prep the roof for the silicone application. Not an easy chore but they did a great job and left the house clean after work each day. I went with two coats of urethane due to the final thickness I chose. The roof has seen numerous thunderstorms, snowstorms, hail and other extremes and happy to report no leaks. I did have some minor bubbling within a few weeks on one roof section, and the guys were very fast to address and provide a fix. I went up a few months ago and blew off all the fall leaves etc. and inspected the roof and it looks amazing with a nice thick coat of silicone. I recommend you check these guys out and give them a chance.

Outstanding company and performance. I had a 12,000 sf roof done by A Plus Sustainable Roofing and was very impressed by their performance from the first contact. Timely-I was expecting them to start several months after accepting their estimate but they were able to start the roofing job within a week. Professional-All of their workers were very nice and wore standardized company shirts. These little management touches reassured me of their professionalism and that I could trust them with my house. Clean-Every day the cleaned up after themselves and left the premises as clean as possible. I was worried that the house and yard would look like a construction sight for several weeks but it was a needless worry. I'm very happy with their "construction hygiene"! Technical expertise-They're very technically competent about the intricacies of silicone roofing and it's application over a roof with diverse problems. I was concerned about applying the roofing in cold weather but they were taking temperature readings at all phases making sure it was applied IAW manufacturers recommended procedures. They were also very adept at its application over an existing roof with years of patches and repairs.
