Brit and Anthony W were very professional. Their work was very good taking care of the damaged wood floor and carpet. They came every day to see the progress the equipment was doing to take the water out of the walls, carpet and flooring.
I would have them do work for me again. They worked very hard.

We want to thank the Reconstruction Team of Servpro (Jose, Luis, Miguel and Joel) who did such a good job replacing the insulation and drywall in ceiling and walls of our Great Room after a frozen pipe leaked. They did a professional job. They communicated with us very thoroughly throughout the process. Moving of furniture then relocating it back correctly was very much appreciated, as was the scrupulous cleanup job.

Amy Torrez and her crew are the best! Customer Service was great! She was very helpful working with our insurance, and she remained in close contact. Amy was also patient, explaining what they were doing and the times of completion. They were all excellent at their jobs--from moving furniture to painting to installing flooring. Repairs were completed in a timely manner, and all workers were very considerate of working around our schedule due to my wife's health concerns, and with keeping our dogs safe when they entered and exited our home. They were more than a work crew--they felt more like family helping us through this six month ordeal. They went beyond just workers in our home. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMY AND HER CREW AND WE ALWAYS TRUSTED HER JUDGMENT.

This company was so efficient in responding to our needs. Brittany was so pleasant and really great to work with. She was out within 45 minutes of the call to my insurance agent. Arlene and Hazel and Rafi were so good about packing our rooms. Joel came and tore out two of the rooms carpeting and our wood floors. He was very nice too. We came home from a vacation and found a roof leak had brought our bathroom ceiling down. Servpro came out and immediately started the demo. Putting it all back together was tasked to Joe. He did an amazing job. Very nice man to boot! Having done several flips, I was impressed with his work and attitude, attention to detail and just being a very pleasant person to work in our home. After a large and long restoration of our home caused by water damage, the pack-out was when the work started for us, since Amy at ServPro was so great at handling the rebuild!!
We really appreciate ServPro putting everything back where it was, moving furniture to the right spot, hanging pictures, making repairs, etc., and it was all much easier with the help of Louis, Jose, and Miguel. They were so patient with us and never hesitated to do the fine tuning that turned a house back into our home. Ryan, Justin. Jordan, and the whole Servpro team have been great. They came quickly on Sunday Morning to help out with our house clean up due to busted pipe in the wall. They were very helpful with the process informing me of the process and where we were in the insurance claim process

Chris and Justin W did an awesome job cleaning our heating and AC vents and ducts. They even worked around our shifting of pets from different rooms. I would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Jesus was great. But he didn't come every day. Carlos was dispensing knowledge! Awesome! Justin was the boss, I think. But he knew his job and then taught me some too. Chris came the last 2 times and he was also so knowledgeable. This team walked me through the process and now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

My roof was leaking this past winter & I needed an entire new roof. Servpro immediately came to my rescue to assess & repair the internal damage, which was quite the feat given that I have nearly 20 foot ceilings & skylights that needed to be raised to accommodate the new roof!

Every staff member I dealt with was kind, professional, & very informative. They also were very reliable with returning my calls & keeping me constantly updated. They checked to ensure that my entire ceiling was free from mold, they put in new drywall, where necessary, & painted the entire area - all while protecting my furniture & belongings.

The integrity of this company I think, was built on the knowledge of the owner, his years of experience and tenacity to build a business!. It says a lot about a man when his daughter wants to work for him! The family feel I got talking with their team is what made me value sunrise roofing so much.

I can’t say enough about Martin and all his workers. They were polite, incredibly hard-working, and we’re very careful about picking up trash. My neighbors were very complementary about how little inconvenience they caused.

Our roof needed a make over. After 4 estimates we went with SUNRISE ROOFING! We couldn't be more pleased or excited with their workmanship and professionalism. Not only with the crew that did the roof , but our sales representative, Clint Roberts and Marjorie in the office.
The crew picked up all debris and trash; leaving our property top and bottom just as it was prior to beginning the job!
The was cost very reasonable and evrything got done on time without a lot of hassle. THANK YOU ALL!!

Larry Price was very comforting when reviewing the problem area. Then the repair crew arrived as promised and were able to address both the expected & unexpected defects which needed to be corrected. Then I was surprised to receive the final billing which was less than expected. Finally, Marjorie, in the office, helped me with the observation comments as well as the pictures. As a retired builder, I know a first class contractor and am happy to offer this five star review...:)

I called them the morning of September 6th. They sent Clint out to give me a free estimate that day (within probably 90 minutes of my call). He got onto my roof, took lots of pictures to let me know where the problem areas were, and discussed my repair options. My house is 14 years old with a tar/gravel roof and skylights. The tar needed patching and the skylights and parapets needed sealing. The estimate for my 2200 sq ft house was $1290 after tax. They ask that you pay half up front and half upon completion. They scheduled the repairs for September 27th because they were very busy with some larger projects. I felt a three week wait was reasonable, considering that most of the contractors I've hired have given a similar wait time. They also said that if they had an opening in their schedule they would try to get it done sooner. They were able to do the job 10 days early, which was great because three days after they finished, monsoon season kicked in and we started getting rain on a daily basis. They showed up in the morning, taking about 3 hours to do the whole roof, and they were gone before noon. Clint came back to do an inspection of their work, took a lot more pictures for me to see. Everything looked very nice, orderly and well sealed.

I was pleased with their timing, their estimate, the friendliness of their staff (both in person and on the phone), and their willingness to address any issues I brought up in an extremely timely manner.

Monsoon season is in full swing now and my roof is 100% intact.
That's exactly what I wanted, and I'm very pleased.
