I had just moved into a new place and the water heater unexpectedly blew in the middle of the night. Water was gushing into my garage and there was standing water by the time we got the water valve turned off! I called Servpro and they handled the entire experience with our insurance.

We are so appreciative of the work Servpro did to restore our space after a burst pipe. They made what could have been a stressful experience so easy. Excellent work and very responsive to question or concerns.

Daniel and his team treated our needs as if we were his only customer and he respected our home as if it were his own. I am leaving 2 stars because we had a great experience with remediation but I am very disappointed with the put back of the job. My mother had a loss in September. At the time, the people assigned were great. They were on time and responsive and walked us through it all. Once the remediation was complete, there was a young lady who walked us through all of the steps of putting her home back together. She understood that my mother was elderly and was patient explaining it all. I cannot find her emails but I would really like to speak to her. The person in charge in the field "Andrew" is very unprofessional. I have been calling to get scheduled. No answer, no response. I finally decided to call StateFarm and they said servpro cancelled my mothers job because supposedly we had someone else doing the job. I have not spoken to this man in weeks. He never answered my calls. I had high hopes for working with this company from beginning to end like they advertised.

Bear Canyon Estates - ServPro has always done an excellent job for us and surprises us everytime with new services they are able to provide. We had a huge flood in an apartment, they provided demolition and moving the resident's belongings and furniture to a different location. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Servpro NE Albuquerque was extremely helpful with all aspects of helping my niece and I clear out a property that required hazmat cleaning and furniture removal and shipping. Daniel , the priority responder was efficient, timely and managed all the details needed to be able to have the condo cleaned and emptied. Daniel, was very caring and thoughtful in our hour of need. A task that seemed impossible since we only had one week was accomplished in a few days. Shelby made timely arrangements and helped us through the insurance process. Thank you.

Brittany & Chris were great. Brittany communicated everything that was done. They made sure all parties were informed. The job was complete earlier than expected. Yay!

I would recommend ServePro for any flooding issues!!! Brittany was great and always available to reach even when she was home sick. Also we can be kind of difficult and she was a champ!

My family suffered the complete loss of our finished basement due to a sewage backup. Everything had to be removed, remediated, reconstructed and replaced. The whole team at ServPro Rio Rancho was communicative, professional, and responsive throughout the several-month process. Joel Lopez is a one-man army who showed up every day, on-time, and rebuilt our entire basement with fantastic workmanship. Truly, our home is in better shape now than before the flood. I highly recommend this team.
