Servpro did a great job on the new carpet install! Josh and Elijah came and removed all the old carpet and did a great job. Chris, Elijah and Demetrius also did an amazing job installing the new carpet. Everyone was kind and very professional.

The company was in our home within 24 hours starting water mitigation. The on-site staff was so kind and answered many questions, the project manager Chris was so patient and kind, and the office team was amazing as well. Servpro contracted Santa Fe Structures to perform the build back and that business was amazing! They were professional, quick, and had true craftsmanship with their repairs. These companies truly took one of the most stressful events in our lives and put the pieces back step by step. Our family is so grateful to Servpro and their team!

Our office experienced a water leak from our water jug broke overnight. Greg and his team at Servpro were at our office that next day and were very quick in their cleanup. The issue was resolved all within the same day. A+ service all around.

Servpro of NW Albuquerque did such an incredible job cleaning my air ducts and carpets in my home. They are affordable, showed up on time, and got the job done so quickly! They even cleaned my vent covers and provided me with some tips for my home! The team worked together and efficiently and I feel like I can breathe in my house again. My water heater sprung a leak in Oct of 25. I stopped the leak quickly ( I thought ) and had the water heater replaced. After Thanksgiving, I opened the door to my coat closet and could smell a damp smell. I took all my Xmas decorations out of the closet and found an early present. Mold. The crew of Servpro saved the day and calmed my nerves! An easy and seamless process from start to finish. So easy, it seemed like a dream. I have never felt so at ease during a stressful situation. No one ever thinks about what to do when a main water pipe bursts and floods your house. Thanks to ServPro of NE Albuquerque, I didn't have to think about anything. One call and one hour later, they were removing the water, taking the carpets and drying the walls. They were absolutely wonderful and everything was done with such professionalism; it was more than reassuring. They also worked with my insurance company, taking pictures, giving estimates, etc. My home is back together and it is truly like it never happened.
