Had a fantastic experience with Altitude Roofing! Pete came out to inspect our roof and recommended some maintenance to keep everything in great shape. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Kyler followed up and did the actual work, including fixing a previous leak—everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Both guys were professional and personable. Altitude roofing was extremely professional. They submitted the paperwork for the permits, and we're concise and efficient all throughout the entire process. I am completely in love with my roof they gave me, and they even replaced my turbine vents with an upgraded type of venting. Their workmanship guarantee is the best in Albuquerque, I highly recommend them for their service. I was so happy afterward that I offered the workers some beers for a job well done. One of my neighbors complained and submitted a review to slander the company but instead of directing me in person since they were on my property line they decided to slander on the web.

Debbie was out in my neighborhood about a year ago when she came to my house and started to talk about my roof and her company and how they will work with the insurance company to make it easy. At the time I was not ready to get a new roof. I wanted to wait till we had a big windstorm cause I knew my shingles were loose . We finally had a strong enough windstorm and was able to file a claim. Even after a yr I still had an altitude roofing card from Debbie. She made such a good impression she was the first one I called. when her and her coworker kyler came to go over our roof we we’re pretty much sold. They explained how everything worked and broke down how the insurance will work and how they will deal with everything so we don’t have to. Once we said yes it was about 3 week wait. It took them one day to do our roof. If we had any questions, at any time Debbie and Kyler always answered there phones. They upgraded the vents with no charge to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their roof. It looks amazing. Now we need to spruce up the paint on the house so it will look as good as the roof.

What a great experience with Altitude Roofing! Our entire roof needed replacement and it was a complicated job with our home dating back to 1939 and several additions; the existing roof was in bad shape. But the professionals at Altitude Roofing were great to deal with, helped us navigate the insurance process and finished the work from the estimate to finish, in a matter of a week. The owners and sales person came out to oversee the work while the crews were on site! They even recommended cost savings ideas to keep our house cooler in the summer. The end of March 2025 we finally had our home re-roofed by Altitude Roofing. Two years prior to the installation of the roof we made contact with Alex and his mom (this is a family run business). They were both super nice and extremely helpful through two years of insurance hell until this infuriating insurance debacle was finally settled. Altitude Roofing was ready to get started as soon as we were. They came out and installed netting prior to installation to capture the debris from the old roof removal which worked perfectly. When installation day came, the crew of nine with Jonathan as crew foreman were super helpful, especially with all the specific changes that needed to be made such as new skylights, ridge vents, exhaust vents etc. I am happy to report that after 4 rainy days I have been unable to find any water leaks after having been in our attic several times for other work. They did such a good job for us that I had them return and put a matching roof on our shed. I would like to state that the City Code Inspector was pleased with the work and signed off without issue. After having several other companies drop us when insurance was a problem, I would wholeheartedly recommend Altitude Roofing. They are committed to making sure you get the highest quality roof with the best possible service.

Amazing service Our roof was done in one day just phenomenal. Originally the insurance wouldn't cover the entire roof and altitude would not give up on us and we got the entire roof covered. We had an outstanding experience working with Altitude to replace our roof as well as install some upgrades. The entire staff was very professional knowledgeable and made the entire experience very easy. From talking with insurance to the small details, Kyler provided amazing customer service to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything very convenient for us. This project took a few months with insurance involved and Kyler maintain consistent contact and updates throughout. He was very attentive to all the questions we had and never hesitated to provide solutions to any adjustments we came up with along the way. Debbie left us a door tag and when we reached out to schedule the inspection Kyler came out and was thorough. He went through everything he saw and explained what issues were there. When we got the quotes we called and they went through the options and helped us choose the right one. Brandon went above and beyond whn we ran into issues with the financing to help us. They communicated throughout the process and when the day came to install the roof they did an amazing job. They were courteous and thorough. They cleaned as they went and ensured that there were no hazards for our family when they left. When we had a concern after the install they were prompt with responding and resolving the issue. We would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their roof.

I recently needed roof replacement, and spoke with Justin Karler about my options. He was responsive, professional and insightful through the entire process. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality and speed they provided. I didn't know it was possible to have my roof replaced within 2 days - as everybody else told me it was 1-2 weeks of me having to park on the street. If I ever need another roof replaced, Justin will be my one and only call.

Living in rural Eastern New Mexico there are limited qualified companies to do roof repair. I reached out to Debbie at Altitude Roofing and after explaining the situation, she advised me her company would be able to replace my wind damaged roof.

Although the process seemed long, it went very smooth, considering the need to deal with a county's permit process.

The crew at Altitude went above and beyond, from on site visits to get exact measurements, follow up phone calls when I had questions on the weekend and explaining what to expect when the crew arrived on scene.

The replacement work was done quickly and professionally. The work crew completed the job in a day and had the removed material cleaned up and there was not a sign they had been there beyond a new roof on my house.

Had to have my roof repaired. They contacted me quickly, got me a quote, and fixed it fast. Extremely professional! My nit-picking complaint is they need a sign on their truck or hats with their logo so we know it's them. They were amazing!

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience with Altitude. I found out about them thru a referral from another client who is a co-worker of mine, the best referral ever! They have made getting a new roof incredibly easy on my end, dealing with my insurance and securing approval from them. Not having to pay for a new roof out of pocket was a huge concern for me that they were able to negate. I wasn't able to be home for the bulk of the day, but was able to stop in mid-day to check in. Alex, one of the owners, was on site and able to answer any and all questions I had. I came home to a yard that was cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Altitude Roofing did an amazing job on our partial roof replacement. The difference in quality from our last roof to the work Altitude did is astounding. Our roof was only 2 years old when it started leaking and the previous installer kept fixing it. But it kept leaking no matter what he did. Altitude saved the day. Everyone from the inspection, office staff, and installers were excellent. We had gutters installed, and shingles redone on part of the roof. The installers found additional damage that required more time but we were not charged for the extra work and time. They cleaned up ever and all were pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.
