The corner of our garage seemed to be sagging and cracks were appearing and growing in the garage slab floor and the driveway. Ken arrived arrived right on time and examined the situation. He checked the house for any other damage and he made several measurements using a special leveling instrument. He clearly understood foundations and repairs in the decomposed granite soil in Albuquerque. He showed us evidence that the problem was not the foundation or floor settling but instead was probably a large tree root uplifting the center of the garage floor and foundation. He made some recommendations for further diagnostics, and said that if we then found the garage was settling that his company would be able to stabilize the foundation. He gave us his phone number to call if we had further questions. For his obvious expertise, careful examination, and candor in recommendations, Ken earned five stars even though (so far) they have not yet done any actual repairs for us.

The crew was very professional and considerate of my home as they pumped foam under our foundation. We felt like Ken, the estimator, and Bill, one of the project leads were honest with us and gave us the straight story. The foam crew was top notch and explained how the process would work and what they needed us to do.

I had a very good experience with Altitude Roofing in Albuquerque. I worked with Debbie, Kyler, Brandon and Alex! They were professional, honest and courteous. I had to deal with a leaky flat portion of my roof. It turned into a very smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend.

Excellent experience with everyone at this company. They made the process of replacing our roof so seamless and stress-free. We had an estimator at our home the day after calling for a quote, and he clearly explained all his findings and what specific work we might need. Very soon after, we met with Debbie who walked us through our quote in great detail. I really felt like we understood our options and what we were paying for. The quote was extremely detailed and transparent, and Debbie did a great job of showing us the different options for materials. We were scheduled for the project a few weeks later, and they were actually able to move it up and do it even earlier! When the crew arrived, they were friendly and professional and completed the project quickly with great quality of work, and everything was meticulously cleaned up afterwards. You could barely tell they were there - other than the new roof! I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of a roof replacement.

In their inspection of the roofs, they found issues that were not handled properly in past roof installations and were able to get the issues resolved. While looking for information on building a pitched roof on an existing flat roof I stumbled upon Altitude roofing. At first they informed me that it wasn't a project they could do, but pointed me in the right direction. After a not-so great time gathering info and quotes on that, Debbie reached back out to me with more options. My roof has been leaking for two years now, and after several patches I NEEDED a more permanent solution. Thanks to Debbie, Brandon, Alex, Kyler, and the rest of this absolutely amazing team from Altitude roofing my problems with a leaking flat-roof seem to be over. They were all absolutely wonderful and helpful through the entire project from start to finish! A massive rainstorm came through not even 2 hours after they finished my roof and for the first time in over two years I didn't have to worry about putting buckets out to catch the water leaking through. Never in my life have I enjoyed the sound of water hitting the ground as much as I did during this rainstorm. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for roof work, 10 out 10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Recently my mom needed to get a new roof. We interviewed many different roofers, total of 6, and we were highly impressed with Altitude. My mom had requested a diversion from the typical, she wanted two different colored shingles, and they were able to deliver. The job was beyond expectations. The roof appears to be different colors depending on the time of day.
Not only did they fulfill her request, they also were able to accommodate her upgrades, with the skylights flashing and drip edge. Plus they were the only company to offer a variety in drip edge and TPO for her patio.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and really seem to care about their customer. Dealing and working with Jennifer, Alex, Debbie and Brandon was a pleasure.

I would never go with another company they gave me not only the best price but they did an amazing job they left no mess behind. They were professional prompt and did an amazing beautiful job on my roof they were also one of the very few companies willing to and able to work on a mobile home!!!
