Hasse Contracting Company, Inc had a very friendly atmosphere. Our needs were met with a very intelligent and cheery attitude. I would recommend Hass3 Contracting Company, Inc.

These people dont know what they're doing. They are fixing a bridge near Medenales and didnt do it right the first time so they're doing it again. They can't program the traffic lights so you have 200 pluse cars on one side and 5 to 10 on the other side. They put a strain on the community and traveling public. I hope you think twice about hiring these guys. They are wasting NM tax payer money and I hope the state fines them.

Work in San Juan county show this is a very poorly managed and maintained company. Hire a different company if you actually want it done right and in a timely manner.

1 year contract way behind schedule in flora vista NM, San Juan county. This effects many commuters. We get trash updates and no results. Managed to get themselves a -Stop Work order- do they actually know what they’re doing…. It’s like a 30-40ft bridge. My Amish neighbor could’ve built that faster, solo, with hand tools.

Ken was very professional and personable. He explained in full detail the problem I was having with my concrete and the repair that was needed to get it back to normal.

Called on May 4th after we got water in basement level following a big rain storm.
Said they were busy and would call when they could.
It's now the 24th and nothing.

Professional and knowledgeable in every regard: identifying the problem, educating us lay people, and providing different options to fix the problem identified.

I called tried to get estimate.
This is June. They said September before the tech could talk to me.
The customer service is gone in todays world. Everyone has the who cares not my problem attitude.

Don't use their online contact form. After the submission, I got one email from a rep. I replied to that, asking for an estimate on a clearly stated issue, with zero follow-up or reply. Usually contact forms are easy ways for businesses to recognize customers are WANTING to spend money on a solution.

I was worried our house had major foundation issues because of some recent cracks. Tim Appel came out to evaluate and assured me we did not have foundation issues. Tim explained that there were many factors that could cause the cracks. He arrived on time, was so informative and polite I would recommend this company to anyone with concerns.

Great experience with Tim of RamJack! He came to our house on 2 separate occasions. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! He was very thorough in his evaluation of our home and provided us with some much needed information on how to proceed. We would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend his services!

Tim came out to take a look at a dip I had in my slab foundation. He arrived exactly on time, within the minute, and took his time to understand the concern, looked around and inspected the walls, then told me it wasn't an issue. He didn't try to push a service that I didn't need and taught me the real warning signs to look out for, which is very much appreciated.

That level of professionalism and customer respect will definitely have me calling him in the future if I do end up needing foundation work.
