This company has a great website with lots of education for the consumer about roofing/gutters. I would definitely reach out to them if I needed roofing work in the Albuquerque metro area.

A new roof was installed 2 weeks before I bought the house. A month and 1/2 later wind damaged some of the singles. I called the company and they responded within a few hours with 2 very nice and highly skilled repairmen - they fixed the damage within an hour. It's nice to deal with companies that have this level of customer service!

Mike at All Seasons Roofing was great, my roof was damaged in a hail storm and I was working out of the country. He dealt with the insurance company and negotiated a full claim. I paid nothing out of pocket and have a beautiful new roof. Thank you!

My shingle roof was in terrible shape and leaking in a couple spots, so we decided to go with a metal roof. If took me awhile to decide on a roofer because of all the nightmare stories I have heard. A recommendation sent me to All Seasons. They had a large crew and everyone had a job, from removing shingles, adding metal, and clean up as the project went along. I was present and watched everything that went on the entire time. They were professional and worked diligently non-stop. They completed the majority of the project in 2 days. There were a couple bumps along the way that were weather related (we had the work done in mid-December 2018), but everything was completed to my extremely high standards.We have been snowed on, rained on, hail, and extreme winds and have had zero problems. I highly recommend All-Seasons.

Mike and his team are amazing. Mike was patient and kind when explaining to me the progress. They worked with me and my insurance company together on the hail claim on my roof. Now i have brand new roof and clean gutter all over my house. The installation took their crew just one day. Everybody worked hard and were professional. There were adjustments on the expenses through the process but Mike really kept his words from beginning to the end. They are a company that you can trust and rely on. I will recommend All Seasons to everyone.

We had a full roof replacement done by All Seasons Roofing and the crew was incredible from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked hard all day, and left our property cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend this company!

After obtaining three quotes, this was the only company to suggest going through insurance because of existing hail damage. They saved us a tremendous amount of out of pocket expenses, which we appreciated. We drafted a contractor agreement prior to the project outlining the scope of work and how we wanted the front and back porch roofing to be done in order to protect the tongue and groove decking. It also had property protection and a timeline. They hesitantly signed this agreement the day the work began.

The crew arrived the first day at 7:30am and had the existing roof and shingles removed within a couple of hours. They installed the new roof timely and perfectly straight, however when installing the roof over the front and back porches they did not follow the instructions in the contractor agreement. There were screws protruding through the tongue and groove which damaged the wood. The crew was asked to return the next day to cut the screws. I took off of work to be home when the work was done but they did not show up until noon. The workers were rude, they argued with me, mumbled insults and did sloppy work to correct these errors. We were left with a damaged tongue and groove decking and visible saw marks on the wood.

When the work was completed, I got on the roof and noticed that the ridge vent was covered by pro panel and the foam closures used underneath were not breathable. I reached out to the foreman and he assured me that it was done correctly. I contacted the manufacture of the foam closure material, and they stated it was not breathable and needed to be replaced otherwise there would be mold build-up and was a violation of the state building code. After several failed attempts to reach our foreman I was forced to call the owner who agreed to open up the vent and replace the material. It took three months to correct this error, and several days of work missed for me to assure the work was done correctly.

Other areas of dissatisfaction:
• Little to no communication or follow-up from job Foreman
• Multiple shingle nails were left protruding at back porch ceiling
• Kitchen range vent cap and Bathroom vent were improperly anchored
• Debris from roof was piled on plants/bushes/aspen trees
• Back porch and front garage flashing is not continuous, therefore potential for leaks in the future
• Sloppy caulking work throughout
• 30+ nails were left under panels, yes, they were nails, not nail caps that are used to hold down roofing membrane, please see photos.
• Crew used the side of the house as a urinal.
• Gutters; the gutter material was out of stock for 5 months. That is not their fault by any means, however there was no communication from anyone regarding updates on when it might be available or alternate options.
• When gutter material was finally in, it took two days to complete because the crew showed up for work at noon both days which cost me two days of work missed.
• Our gate was also damaged due to them not securing it during high winds.
• Gutters were not anchored at 24” O.C. spacing, some were 28” or more which with the most recent snowfall has already caused bending. I have since added additional anchors.

Overall the company did a great job on the actual pro panel installation but did not read the contractor agreement they signed. Ted, the owner did everything to make things right at no cost to us for the mistakes made. If asking for a quote ask for Mike Cortez; his crew had outstanding reviews.

Just had them out 2 days ago. Wow, what a great job! Their guys worked hard and did a great job on the clean up. Roof looks fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

Mike Cortez and Ted (owner) were fantastic. They came right away, their crew was respectful, on time, courteous, and very helpful to explain to me where there were in the process and showed me what stage they were working on at the moment. I am so glad I called All Seasons. My roof looks awesome and no more gravel. Mike met directly with thew insurance adjuster and compared damage notes and points and because of Mike pointing out damages and using his incredible knowledge our whole roof was able to be replaced. Thank you All Seasons for helping us! Truly a wonderful company with incredible people. Totally and 100% recommend!! They also offer an incredible warranty for the roof, materials and labor. I have attached some before and after pictures to show as well. I cannot thank All Season's for doing an incredible job.

All Seasons Roofing completed the job of roofing our 2K square foot house, carport, and well house after hail damage—in 1 1/2 days. The crew was efficient, safety-conscious, clean, non-intrusive, professional, and congenial. They arrived early and stayed late on the first day, finished the job by early afternoon of the 2nd day. KTCA Tree Care is a wonderful locally owned company. The owner, Kyle, is a certified arborist and has decades of valuable tree experience. Kyle is knowledgeable and passionate about trees and he loves to share info which educates and makes you better equipped to care for all of your trees. I have hired him as part of a neighborhood association board for a large neighborhood project, and I have utilized his services for a small single tree project in my front yard and the results were thorough and excellent on both the large scale and small project. For anything tree related, call Kyle. Highest recommendation.
