The problem that I had started with four months ago was with the washing machine and after four months of putting up with constant delays and miss appointments, the person who installed my washer, finished it off with duct tape and two drops of liquid concrete and said that’ll do the job

Her co worker Emily helped with some info also, they worked as a team, which I thought was very helpful. That's how companies should work, as a team. Domenique and Emily were both very helpful, considerate, and very sweet ladies. I will refer Servpro to everyone. Servpro is a very nice company.

Working with Servpro of Northwest Albuquerque was an absolute nightmare. They started the job later than planned, wouldn’t show up because they received other jobs, had cleaning lady doing drywall work when we complained about the length of time it was taking to complete our home and we were told they were understaffed, had to have multiple things redone and even the subs they finally hired to get the job done made mistakes. I wish I had never hired them to fix my house after our flood which happened while we were out of town so we had extensive damage to our 4200 sq ft home. Ceilings had collapsed and I lived in a nightmare for over 6 months when I was told it would take about 2-4 weeks. I will never recommend SERVPRO to anyone. They advertise as being able to make your house like it never happened and they are not trained contractors. They tried to cut corners and still charge us for things that they never did work on. My
house definitely doesn’t look like “it never happened”. I will never have them work on my house again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Worst mistake ever!

I was in a, what I thought to be, hopeless situation after evicting some dirty, nasty tenants from my home. I called Servepro and met with Niko that same day. After a quick walk around the home he was able to assess the damages and even offered ways for me to save some money. He is truly a man with honor and integrity. Niko and his crew worked amazingly and quickly restored my home back to its beauty. I literally cried tears of joy walking back in there. I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. Today, my husband and I, both in our 70's, fell in our front yard. I was unable to get my husband up off the ground. Elijah was working on a neighbor's house and heard our struggles. He came right over, helped me get my husband up, got us to the bench to rest and then helped us to the car. Elijah was a blessing today! If we ever need work done, we will not hesitate to call Servpro if Elijah is representative of the caring employees there! Thank you so very much!!!

We were very Happy with Servpro !! Niko and his team Chris, Nickolas , and Manuel were Great ! Very hard workers ! We were devastated with two floods and were in the middle of the first one when the big Flash Flood happened in Belen and our entire house flooded we called Servpro and they came right out and worked until 4 am ! I know Chris was one of the men that night that sucked the water all out and put fans up all over.. Our furniture was packed up and put in a Pod until carpet could be installed then they all came back and un packed our things. They were Polite well mannered and cautious and Honest !
Also Jess was always there to receive my calls with a Happy voice ! Niko is a wonderful understanding person sensitive to your situation. Matt and I would Highly recommend them !
