I called ServPro on a Friday evening after realizing my fridge had leaked through to the ceiling of the room below the kitchen. I had turned off the water source so there wasn’t an active leak. Jesus came out the next morning with fans and dehumidifiers and got everything set up. He walked me through the process and stayed in contact every step of the way. Terry also came out to do the asbestos testing and was efficient and communicative during that process as well. Everything dried out nicely and thankfully no mold! I would highly recommend ServPro for any urgent water damage needs you may (unfortunately) have.

I had a water leak at night on a weekend and very few places were open that could come right away to help with the leak. I called Servpro and had someone at my house in less than 2 hours. Keith was my tech and he did an amazing job of temporarily stopping the leak. He was very thorough in his investigation of the water damage. He also provided an easy to understand explanation of what happened and what needed to be done. Highly recommend if you need help with restoration or mitigation.

Servpro had a technician on the job within hours of our call for help late on a Friday start of a three day holiday weekend. The gentlemen they sent, Keith Ader, tackled the ugly job quickly and professionally. I have rarely seen someone work as hard. Before wrapping up, he had us review the work to make sure we were satisfied and made recommendations for next steps. The situation was very emotional for us, and we are grateful for his kindness and patience as well.

Daniel, Josiah, & the team from Servpro Albuquerque worked really hard to nip the health threat in the bud. They opened up the affected walls and had to remove the entire wood floor which was no small feat. They boxed & moved contents working room to room.
We would definitely trust them to do another job for us.

When I recently noticed some black mold on the wood trim beneath the cabinets next to my dishwasher, my heart sank. Further investigation revealed that water had been slowly leaking behind the dishwasher and being soaked up by the wood and sheetrock inside the island all the way from the floor to the counters -- and everything was coated with mold. It was well after 8pm when I called the 24/7 Servpro emergency number in a complete panic, and in less than 15 minutes Daniel, a service agent from Servpro NE, called me and offered to come over immediately to review the situation. I told him that an enormously generous offer, but a meeting the next morning would be just fine. There are no words to express my depth of gratitude for the way Daniel handled every step of the process -- explaining everything that was going to happen and calming my frazzled nerves. He and his team dealt directly with my insurance company, and today Daniel, Jesus, Raymond and Juan arrived precisely on time, tented the problem area, removed the ruined cabinet base and rotted wood/sheetrock, and treated everything remaining for mold -- carefully removing the backsplash tiles to be replaced after the new cabinets are built and installed. I thought this part of the process would take at least 2 or 3 days, but they had everything done and cleaned up in just a few hours -- allowing me to have access to my kitchen to prepare for Thanksgiving and to once again feel safe and comfortable in my home. When we worked with Servpro, our project manager, Corey Ritter, made the whole process very easy for us. He told us what was going on at every step and made sure it was done quickly and in our best interest, even when there was a problem with our home insurance months later.
