Horrible staff. Ruined our facility, will not take calls on time, nor respond once you are their client. All around bad company to use.

Unfriendly and very rude. The owner had poor customer service skills, talks down to people and has a nasty attitude. I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional person.

Would put zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Didn’t know fire code whatsoever. Got a quote that was way out of proportion and got mad when I asked questions about the quote. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Terrible customer service, very rude and ignorant. Didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about or what they were doing and were price gouging. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are so many places that are 10x better.

Try’s to charge you for every little nickel and dime. Didn’t show up on time to appointment or actually even remember my name. Kinda important info if you’re gonna be showing up late you should at least know who to ask for. Tried to make me update a dead system that hadn’t been used in the building over 40 years.

They treated us like they didn't want our business and then told us so.

John was amazing, I had old fire extinguisher that I was trying to refill and he guided me to replace it and offered one to replace it. Extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company

My property is properly protected against fire threats thanks to their diligent inspection, which included inspecting fire alarms, extinguishers, electrical systems, and other crucial components. They gave me a thorough report.

We have used this company to make sure our shop is equipped with the correct fire extinguishers and placed in the correct locations for the best safety. I hired Allegiant fire protection co. to do my annual fire sprinkler inspection and back flow test. They arrived on time and charged me the same price as last year. This is the 3rd year in a row I've used them. I'm very happy with their services.
