Our sprinkler system equipment was leaking, and we needed help urgently. I called around 6:30pm on a Thursday and the owner answered right away. He dispatched John to our location within the hour. I was so impressed with John's professionalism & knowledge that I not only hired him to do the repairs, but will be using this company for regular maintenance. John was able to fix the leak that night, and he returned the next day to fully upgrade our equipment. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and am so grateful for their immediate response.

Allegiant Fire is an amazing company to work with. They have always been very professional and courteous. Whenever I had questions they explained them to me in great detail and made it to where I was able to understand what was going on so that I could report back to my higher ups. I highly recommend them. In light of these negative reviews I will stand behind them and continue to use there services.

Allegiant Fire Protection Systems helped us out so much when we were trying to get our building ready for our Certificate of Occupancy! They were very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. They explained everything to us before performing the work. We passed our inspection easily! They are now our vendor for annual inspections and fire extinguishers. Lastly, John and his Son are some of the happiest guys to be around! I would highly recommend them for your fire protection needs!

This company is amazing, John and and his team are one of the most professional people have met since we moved to New Mexico, they just finished installing sprinkler system in a trampoline park and Spa in Roswell that will be opening soon, one of the most impressive part is how they give you the start and finish date of the project, and they do it on time, they don't mess around, they helped us navigate the great building inspection department too, if wasn't for them we wouldn't be close to opening , we are so greatful, from the bottom of our heart. John and his guys are great. Quick responses when we had a couple little fires on our production floor, knows the code and equipment. We use them for exclusively for all our fire suppression needs and backflow testing. Recently had them out to repair our main riser; gave me several options with pros and cons of each one. Our corporate office messed up a payment to them, they didn't hound me like crazy, just a few nice reminder emails. Highly recommended!

Every single new cabinet door that Edgar installed at my house cracked within only a few months, and every cabinet that he repainted and refinished also cracked. The work was done last summer with evaporative cooling running in the house. At that time, I was concerned that everything would crack when the house dried out in the winter. Edgar assured me that it would not and that he would come back and fix it if it did. Now Edgar will not return my calls or texts. He was also rude, unprofessional, and impatient when he did the original work. Plus, he demanded full payment before the work was completed. He was going on vacation to Las Vegas and I went ahead and paid him in full before the work was finished. If Edgar would honor his work and come back and repair all of the cracking, then I would remove this review. Regardless, it was poor quality of work and materials, and Edgar was not easy to deal with.

I had a bathroom vanity made and it's beautiful! It's exactly what I wanted in design and color. Edgar's Woodworking was on time, efficient and professional. I would use them again.
