Orlando was the first one that responded to my search for a roofer. He met me at the property and was very professional. He showed up with a bid, explained it to me, and answered all my questions. I got 2 other bids and his fell in the middle. Because of his professionalism, I felt really comfortable with him and I pretty much knew we were going to hire him. He and his crew did not disappoint. I highly recommend him.

Priced similarly to the competition, but with additional capabilities and a general contractor focus, Lobo Construction was top notch. Orlando and his crew were extremely professional, respectful and highly communicative. No surprises and high quality work. In addition to the roof replacement, he facilitated new gutters and full exterior painting for great prices and regularly checked in to be sure that work was being completed well! Lobo approached us after a hailstorm and offered to check our roof for damage. 6 weeks later and zero hassle we have a whole new roof for just the cost of our deductible. Even new gutters and vent caps! Orlando and his team are friendly and professional and handled everything from insurance claim to permits to installation and always kept us informed of the plan and progress. Very highly recommend.

I recently purchased an older house. I wanted to upgrade the panel, which turned into a can of worms. I called Lobo construction to come check it out. Just as the reviews I read before contacting Orlando Moraga with Lobo Construction and Electric I found that he is thorough in making sure that the job is done correctly. Without my asking he checked for hail/wind damage prior to writing the estimate. He explained to me why my mixed roof venting counteracts itself. He did not request final payment until we were both satisfied with the end product. I would highly recommend this company.

Throughout the process Orlando and the team were great to work with. Insurance was considered in the estimate and authorization was received before work began. Hire this company now! Orlando and his team performed dozens of remodeling tasks in our home & kept the project on time and in budget. Orlando was very communicative of all updates throughout the entire project, quickly navigating issues and offering solutions. They renovated two bathrooms, updated lighting fixtures throughout the home (such as ceiling fans & recessed can lights), updated our electrical, a well as several plumbing tasks and even some tile repair!

I initially hired Lobo Construction while still living 3k miles away, and I trusted Orlando and his team implicitly to keep the project moving and to care for our future home. The work completed was top quality and I will 100% employ this company again for future projects.

Lobo Construction & Electric is fantastic. Orlando was more than helpful, He was essential. He helped me navigate the insurance process. Replaced the shingles with a 50 year gaf system which included a ridge vent , who knew Orlando of course :) .. The price saved me thousands and I was able to do the flat portion with TPO. Total recommend for this company. Same experience as the other reviews perfection from beginning to end.

I bought a new used vehicle from Larry H Miller and it was the worst experience ever. They do not follow through with what they say. Make sure to get in writing, the vehicle is horrible, the transmission is kicking really hard. And the vehicle shuts off while driving down the road. They told me it would be 1.5 months to six months before they could get in in after I have owned it for just two months. They promise 3 oil changes and a detail on the vehicle that they will not follow through as promised. The mangers and personal are not friendly at all. All they care about are the customers that are buying new vehicles. It really doesn’t matter if spending 1 dollar or 50K every customer should matter. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here worst customer service in the world.
