They came and did the work, but never contacted me again to come paint and I e asked for an invoice 8 times and never received it. Be aware if you need documentation for insurance company. You won’t get it.

At first I was a little cautious after some enthusiastic texts, but I needn't have worried. The instant estimate over text was convenient, the work was scheduled and completed quickly. The quality of work (drywall repair) is excellent. It was beautifully blended. The cost was the same as other companies. I would call on them again.

I never had drywall professionally repaired before, and I called Affordable Drywall after a Google search for local contractors. They answered the phone immediately, gave me a quote from cell phone pictures, and came out the next morning to do the repair. David and Luis are a hard-working, capable, and courteous team. Talked on phone with owner. We agreed to a price. He said he was grabbing mud and he right over. Didn't hear back rest of day. The next day he says he didn't have his phone or something and get a crew to give me an accurate time. No call back and ghosted. Knew was trying to get it ready for house to go on market. Could've said no thank you and I could've lined someone else up. Very poor professionalism shown.

These guys were very responsive. They did the job quickly, at a great price, and completed the work the next day. The work was good quality, and I would definitely hire them again.

Edgar did a fantastic job repairing not only the initially indicated area but the whole section where there was damage from a roof leak. Fantastic and awesome job. I give this service and company 10 star rating. Thank you David. David was on time, very professional, worked hard to fix and repair ceiling dry wall. He repaired and patch a ceiling hole that was cut out. The damage was from water leak damage when swamp cooler leaked because MCS/Mechanical Control Solutions failed to replace swamp cooler pads, so the water overflowed from the pads and leaked into the house bedroom. 24-Hour Restoration dried and sprayed microbials to prevent mold and David finished the repair on the ceiling, put up sheet rock and textured the ceiling smoothly and seamlessly. David even went above and beyond what I asked for. I have physical limitations so he went up on the attic to re-fluff the insulation up there. He also patched couple of small holes from removed towel rack and retextured bathroom wall. Now my house and bedrooms ready for the fall and winter. No hole in ceiling to the attic. No holes in bathroom also. The texturing of the ceiling and walls are seamless and smooth. Professional and great job David. I will definitely recommend you to others in need of your services. I called Affordable Drywall Repair because I had ceiling damage from a leaking roof. It was pretty significant damage but Lesther came and quoted a reasonable price. The job was done in a couple hours and looks amazing! Cleanup was thorough and care to our home was obvious. I would recommend and use this company again.

Got Ghosted!
Company name includes repairs, so we called early April to get some drywall repairs done.

Seller did not answer phone and had no way to leave a message; however, he did use caller ID and called back. He asked me to send photos of what we needed done and stated he would give us a good price. I did tell him our condo association would need a Proof of Insurance and he did not indicate that would be a problem.

Had to call back the next day to get the phone number to send the photos and he again urged us to send them and again stated he would give a good price for the work. I texted photos with information needed for the Proof of Insurance.

We’re still waiting for that good price, or any type of contact.

This is not the first time we’ve been ghosted and we are getting so tired of it. Contractors need to learn how to pick up the phone and let people know they do not want to do the work, or set a minimum price they will do the work for and let the customer decide if they want to pay it or not. If the insurance was an issue, then he could of just told us that.

Ghosting people is not the way to run a business, as it causes inconvenience and time delay for people trying to get things done. Instead of looking for someone else to do the work, we end up sitting around waiting for the contractor to provide his good price.

They did a great job repairing a 24 inch by 24 inch whole in my ceiling. Great work and very professional. Will hire again! Franco was very professional with his work.

Affordable Dry Repair texted me after I called 3 three companies and left messages. First, they were the only company to reach back to me. Second, they were ready to schedule my small job ASAP and we did so. Third, they kept me appraised of the work with a few mini updates and pictures as I was unable to be present while they did the work. Lastly, they performed excellent work at an affordable price, just like the title says. Was it cheap? No, of course not. Was it affordable? Yes, a fair price and I appreciate their honesty, professionalism, cleanliness (I did not have to clean up after them), and high quality workmanship.
