I ordered a job to place a tub only over my old tub. Due to a mishap and without me complaining or requesting, they not only removed my old tub, they gave me and installed a brand new tub, added the backsplash walls I hadn't ordered, did it as a courtesy for the same cost. Although, It did take about three weeks to complete it, a need to return to fix something and miscommunication about the cost, in the end I am satisfied with the job.

Jason (sales consultant) came to the house and measured quoted a price. What made our decision to buy was that it was a "one day install". A date was set with the company, the installer and a plumber show up as agreed. THEN the news that this was scheduled to be a two day install. Time was taken off from work for the agreed one day so now another day will have to be taken off. During the first day of the install the old bath tub was prepared incorrectly and a new tub would have to be installed. So on the second day of the install the installer showed up, the tub they had in stock was damaged a new one had to be ordered from Phoenix, delivery in two weeks. I feel bad for the installer (seems like a nice guy) but this is beyond unacceptable. Now the bathroom is out of service for over two weeks and we were not informed about it not being a "one day install" NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

They did an amazing job on our tub removal/shower install that when my Dad's shower started having tile come apart, we recommended them! He's having his done in the next few weeks!🙏😊

Every one is very professional and nice! Toni is very kind and knowledgeable Max did a beautiful job putting in the shower and the gentleman that did the plumbing did a great job and was awesome as well .I am very happy with the finished product, and Idefinitely recommend them!

We had Bath Fitter install a fiberglass wrap with shower pan a few years ago. I waited this long to review because I wanted to see how it would hold up. Well I can say it was one of the best home remodeling decisions whe have ever made. We (my wife and I) love it! We upgraded to a higher end pattern and color for appearance sake and I’m glad we did, it looks really great. The caulk sealant even matches the tan color of the wrap. Service for what few issues we had shortly after installation were handled quickly and with courtesy. These people are professionals!

Don did an amazing job with our install. We had an old shower/tub combo that we hated, and replaced it with a beautiful walk in shower! We love it! Everyone from Bath Fitter was so pleasant to work with.

We are very pleased with our new bath fitter step in showers. With my husband and I getting older we needed a new safer shower. My husband had a tub/shower & I had a garden tub that was difficult to get in and out of....the workers tore those out, replaced the plumbing/floor and put in the new showers in in 2 1/2 days..they were very courteous and excellent clean workmen. Really amazing craftsmanship by them. The lady that came before to give the estimate was very nice too. Overall we are VERY SATISFIED with our new showers. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing an upgrade...BATH FITTER IS THE BEST! 😀

We had a new shower put in 2014. They did a outstanding Job. We love our Bath Fitter new shower. We would recommend this Company to anyone and their products. To this day 3/6/2019 it still looks as if it is new. Very Happy and glad we purchased from Bath Fitter. We had a service call just recently to look at our shower, and the Gentleman Robert Lucero was send here and showed us a new way to help keep our shower looking even better, and while he was here he noticed that the Shower Handle was very tight and was not working correctly. So being that it was under warranty he wrote a ticket on it. Robert came back after getting the part a few days later. Robert was very Professional and nice and did a outstanding job. Robert took care of the issue and we are very happy with him. He is a asset to Bath Fitter. IF everyone in the company is as nice as Robert, then the company will always do good.

Shawn Fellner went over everything. He helped us decide what we wanted using their awesome technology to help us visualize and made the process easy! Everyone on the phone helped us multiple times with professional and patient knowledge. Even Brian, their leader, helped us directly a few times & made sure everything was done to our liking. And our installer, David Chacon is clearly a MASTER in the craft of bathroom remodeling - totally knew his stuff and then some! Beautiful work! Very friendly and professional, and they ALL made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way.

This week, I had my old tub replaced with a shower - Bathfitters did an awesome job and it was substantially lower in price than my plumber. David C. (installer) was prompt, courteous, answered my questions and cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I am very happy with the finished product. :)

I wanted to give 5 stars, but my experience with Bath Fitter was not what I expected and I lived with the results of a bad job for about 5 months before Bath Fitter was able to rectify the situation.

Details:

1) We were told the job would take one day to complete. The plumbing was done wrong, so they had to come back the next day to complete the project.

2) When the job was done, my toilet seat was scratched along with the new tub liner. In addition, there was silicone on the new walls and on my floor near the new tub liner.

3) The first installer listened to loud music and an offensive podcast. As I work from home, it was nearly impossible to attend meetings and it was difficult to focus on my job.

4) After the job was completed and I complained about it, a second installer came by to take a look and cleaned up the silicone and determined that the tub liner needed to be replaced due to the scratches made by the first installer. This was in late August 2024. In early October 2024, the second installer came back to install my new tub liner and discovered that the tub and walls were installed incorrectly back in July by the first installer. New walls were ordered and in early January 2025, the new walls were finally installed.

While the end result is satisfactory, we lived with an ugly bathroom from July 2024 until January 2025. I am extremely displeased with the first installer's work and lack of professionalism. If I had to do it all over again, I am not certain I would go with Bath Fitter.

I am giving 3 stars for Shawn (the salesman who was wonderful and made the process smooth), Don (the second installer who I wish had done the job from the beginning), and Sandra (the accounts coordinator who maintained good communication with me and gave me a small credit for installation delay and for the damage to my toilet seat).

We had a tub insert installed a while back, and weren’t very happy with the result, but we thought, well maybe this is just how it is. Doesn’t sound like a 5-star review yet, does it. But just wait. After more than a year, some moulding was coming loose so we asked them to come back and have a look. They looked at it, looked into it, and realized that an employee no longer with them had done the work, and it wasn’t up to their standards. Without us requesting anything but some clean-up, they said they wanted to send someone whose work is more up to their usual high standards to completely redo the job. He came by, was very professional and meticulous, and actually completely replaced the tub and left behind the beautiful bathroom that we were hoping for. Sometimes the outstanding customer service comes to light when things go a bit wrong initially. This was a case in point. Any company that stands behind their work at this level has my deepest loyalty and respect. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly. Thank you David for an impeccable job, and Bath Fitters for your outstanding customer service!
