We have had one of the most positive experiences working with a contractor that we have ever had. We have a shower that is in an octagon shape and we were having difficulty finding a contractor to do the work. Although they never did one like ours they felt certain it could be done. The installer Don went beyond to make sure the work was done up to his very high standard and they they had to re-order the material to ensure it would be a perfect fit as there were some issues on the first try. We could not be more satisfied with the end product. The company listened to our concerns and was very responsive.

David did a phenomenal job on our bathroom, he literally worked over 13 hours to ensure it was done properly. Absolutely awesome customer service from this technician!

Scott is a true craftsman. Scott did a subperb, excellent installation work. I'm truly very happy with his skillful, talented and his professionalism work. He is a very wonderful person.

We had a wonderful experience with the Bathfitters installation It was a challenge with our older bath/shower and converting to a brand new walk in shower the installer was excellent was so knowledgeable. At
the end the installer throughly talked slowly showed my husband (who has Parkinson’s) how the new shower works I really appreciated how he spoke directly to my husband and used his name Looks beautiful in our house and will be safer for my husband to use My husband was very impressed with the quality of the material used and he is a retired contractor Be sure our installer know how happy we are with him!!!!!!

The guy David that came and did the work did an amazing job I love how it turned out. But I am very upset on how everything else went. I was told by different people different things. Things not happening when they said they would. I say at home waiting for 3 hours and didn’t get a call back after leaving 2 messages. They wanted more money after I was told everything was going to get done

Bathfitter of Albuquerque redid my tub in one bathroom and a shower in the other. Edgar did an outstanding job on the tub, and Max was amazing on the shower! The plumbers they sent were nice, time efficient, and seem to have done a great job. I am very happy with their work. I highly recommend Bathfitter for your bath renovations in the future!

David, Scott, and don were all so helpful. I genuinely am very thankful for everything and my shower came out beautifully!! Sandra and Brian in the office were also very helpful. Whatever you guys are doing over there keep it up.

Recently had a upgrade to our bathroom, Scott was our installer and was exceptional, informative on all aspects of the job, on time, perfessional and a great pleasure to work with would like to thank him for a great experience, we highly recommend him to everyone.

Bathfitters came out earlier this year to install a new shower in my guest bathroom. It wasn't until recently that it got used for the first time, and that's when I learned it wasn't draining.

Bathfitters sent Scott and Don, who ripped out the bottom of the shower, located the issue, fixed it, and it's good as new again.

I needed a tub conversion to a walk in shower for medical reasons. I didn’t know anything about a VA program to help veterans with this. Toni took time to explain the program to me, shared that Bath Fitter is an approved VA vendor, and went far above and beyond to help me find the right shower solution.

Scott was my installer. I have never seen one person work so hard! He has a keen attention to detail, showed up exactly on time, and made sure the install was perfect. He was friendly, kind, communicative, and did a fantastic job! If I could give six stars, I would! I highly recommend Bathfitter to anyone, and especially to veterans!

Bath fitters replaced my old, obviously DIY shower with a new walk-in unit and it’s an amazing transformation! They removed the old wall (which was installed by the previous owners without a moisture barrier), brought my plumbing up to code and installed a beautiful new shower. Their personnel were friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again!

I’m extremely disappointed with 4BM Construction. Roberto built a fence at my house, and while it initially looked great, I later found out from the city that no permit had ever been pulled for the work. When I personally called him about it, he was very rude and unprofessional.
On top of that, someone from 4BM also did my flooring, and now the floors are lifting. Once again, there has been no accountability or effort to fix the issue.
I paid around $11,000 total, and after that, I never heard from him again. Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor communication and lack of responsibility.
