I was worried our house had major foundation issues because of some recent cracks. Tim Appel came out to evaluate and assured me we did not have foundation issues. Tim explained that there were many factors that could cause the cracks. He arrived on time, was so informative and polite I would recommend this company to anyone with concerns.

Great experience with Tim of RamJack! He came to our house on 2 separate occasions. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable! He was very thorough in his evaluation of our home and provided us with some much needed information on how to proceed. We would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend his services!

Tim came out to take a look at a dip I had in my slab foundation. He arrived exactly on time, within the minute, and took his time to understand the concern, looked around and inspected the walls, then told me it wasn't an issue. He didn't try to push a service that I didn't need and taught me the real warning signs to look out for, which is very much appreciated.

That level of professionalism and customer respect will definitely have me calling him in the future if I do end up needing foundation work.

The corner of our garage seemed to be sagging and cracks were appearing and growing in the garage slab floor and the driveway. Ken arrived arrived right on time and examined the situation. He checked the house for any other damage and he made several measurements using a special leveling instrument. He clearly understood foundations and repairs in the decomposed granite soil in Albuquerque. He showed us evidence that the problem was not the foundation or floor settling but instead was probably a large tree root uplifting the center of the garage floor and foundation. He made some recommendations for further diagnostics, and said that if we then found the garage was settling that his company would be able to stabilize the foundation. He gave us his phone number to call if we had further questions. For his obvious expertise, careful examination, and candor in recommendations, Ken earned five stars even though (so far) they have not yet done any actual repairs for us.

The crew was very professional and considerate of my home as they pumped foam under our foundation. We felt like Ken, the estimator, and Bill, one of the project leads were honest with us and gave us the straight story. The foam crew was top notch and explained how the process would work and what they needed us to do.

I reached out to get an estimate from this individual for a landscaping job and he had not sent me an estimate. When I called him to get the status of the estimate, he answered the phone and as soon as I said who I was, he hung up on me. Tried to call him back and it went to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional and rude.
