Set up an appointment. Girl told me it would be from 3-4 on a certain day. Email I received said 4:00PM for arrival for quote. The guy Octavio, never even showed up. No phone call, nothing. If this is any reflection of their work, yikes.

The estimator came on 8/30 and advised I would get a quote for the job in2 to 6 days. I hadn't received it by the 7th day so I called and was informed that she would get back to me. I have called twice more and told them I would at least appreciate a call to let me know if they did or didn't want the job. This is t9/12 and I have not heard a word. Very unprofessional to just ghost a potential customer.

Easy to set up an appointment. Octavio came out in person to evaluate our roof. We were walked through multiple options, and were provided an estimate within the same day. The company showed up on time on the scheduled day to perform roof maintenance. My husband and I recommend their services.

Octavio and his crew were everything you could ask for in home renovations. They answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a fair market value in comparison to other market quotes. They were detailed in the process, costs, and additional concerns any home owner may have. I would 110/100 recommend them. Any company who will not compromise on quality/integrity for price has my business.

I can not speak highly enough of Powerhouse Contracting. They have been so wonderful throughout our entire process of remodeling an old home - from coming out to discuss details multiple times to make sure everything is perfect, to working with us on scheduling while we are dealing with a sick pet in our household. Everyone on their staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are now our go to contractors for anything for our home!

They replaced 4 glass block windows and repaired the roof. When it rained it leaked into the blocks and the house. Marty did an outstanding job on the glass blocks. Adrian came 2 days later and did a great job on the roof. I highly recommend this company for any home repairs

We had an outstanding experience with Powerhouse! They answered all our questions and were quick with reply. Their work was thorough and good. When we did run in to a slight problem, they replied quickly and fixed the issue the next day. We will not hesitate to use Powerhouse again.
