I can't say enough how impressive the response was from A-1 Electric. Especially Johnny. Our home lights were flickering and within minutes Johnny was able to isolate the problem and suggest a fix that saved us a ton of money.

Stumbled onto A-1 quite by accident over 3 years ago but I have used Johnny on multiple occasions since with impressive service and results every time. While in the early stages of a house remodel, A1 Electric came highly recommended. After the initial visit and walk-through of the project with Johnny, I knew A1 Electric was the company for the job! I am a real perfectionist and Johnny was very thorough about the lighting design in our kitchen and living room which included multiple recessed lights, pendent lights, choosing the correct light for the space and under cabinet lighting. Some of the other subcontractors we hired out did an okay job but there are a few things we would have done differently, But when it comes to all the electrical work, it came out perfect and we are thrilled with the end result!

This is how business should be done. These guys showed up on time and addressed all my concerns. I had questions come up after I had my equipment setup and they were very helpful. If you want to work with a company that will actually do what they say, go with these guys.

Caldwell integrated my legacy stero system with two state of the art wifi enabled systems, one from Yamaha and the other from Sonos. They did a great job working through a lot of the complexity and recommending additional system components when needed. They've also implemented and configured my "smart home" system with the same excellent result. In addition to being technically savvy, they are a very customer focused business, always making an effort to understand customer needs/wants and making the effort required to satisfy requirements. Great people skills, easy to work with. Their support has been excellent; when issues have surfaced, they've been qucik to respond and when they commit to follow-up they do it. A very well-run business. Kudos to George, Dean, and Frank.

WONDERFUL SERVICE.. they changed our lighting at school from fluorescent to LED and what an amazing difference. Beyond the fantastic new look and performance, the workers were so professional. We had kiddos coming and going in the hallways every hour and they were aware of that fact and were never in the way. They respected where they were and worked around our schedule. When those working arrived in the morning, they always checked in and made sure they stayed in touch with the office with everything they were doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Very professional company, the sevice is prompt and efficient. The installation crew was fantastic, they answered all questions thoroughly and explained each component of the system and how it all works together. There was never a hard sell it upsell, however, they did let me know what other products were available should we choose to install them in the future. All listed pricing included tax and install, which was refreshing, no hidden fees or charges.
The security monitoring service has flexible options, comparable pricing, and NO long-term contacts. The available range of products and services is impressive. Caldwell has a history as a high end service provider in Texas and we were happy to find them servicing the Albuquerque area. More than viable alternative to the canned door-knocker security companies out there. The customer service is outstanding in every way.

From the moment I called for an estimate until the work was completed, I can say Caldwell's organization is extremely professional and their communication is great.

Women sometimes aren't taken seriously in the construction trades world. Don't worry about that here. Tim was very eager to listen to my needs for inspecting, correcting and upgrading our aluminum-wired house. He asked specific questions and gave me homework so he could give a comprehensive and accurate bid.

We both did our research and the job was scheduled to begin within less than a week. His crew arrived and worked non-stop until the job was done.

Husband Dave and I felt the work was done with very qualified, competent and nice employees, very respectful and pleasant. They cleaned up the site, too, when they were done.

Tim's communication, along with his crew, made it easy to follow the progress and understand the more difficult things that were found during the work and how those things would be repaired.

The price remained the same as the contract. No hidden fees.

It was a time-consuming project, but one that makes us feel safer. We are happy to call Caldwell "our" electricians now. We highly recommend them.

The best customer service, the employees are always there to assist the customer. They listen and they make sure that they've taken care of the customer before they leave. The best place to shop great prices

This is the worst store I have ever shopped in. There is never anyone around to help and have had too many experiences where they were supposed to install and not have things done on time or not done correctly. They also use the excuse of being too bust to do it when they promised to do so.

Patio Door Installation Review – Home Depot

I recently replaced my patio door and chose Home Depot after getting estimates from several top stores across the Albuquerque area. The installation was perfect. A month later, the screen tore and needed a replacement. Unfortunately, the first worker sent out used a caulking tool to repair it, and the result looked terrible.

Thankfully, Julie Simmons—my main contact for the original install—was incredibly patient and supportive. She made sure I received a brand-new screen door to fix the botched repair, and she absolutely deserves a raise! The new screen door was installed by another technician (I believe his name was Emmanuel), and he did an excellent job.

Home Depot has never let me down, and experiences like this are why I’ll continue to shop there!
