Pretty amazing program; we were left just paying the sales tax. Now it takes a couple hours to charge instead of overnight . Communication was excellent and Luis the installer was fast and efficient. I worry about the link of the app to China but I believe we are getting by without it?

Everyone here is so nice and very responsive! We had an issue with the first charger and they came back and completely brought a whole new charger. Luis was very respectful and very communicative and let me know what he was going to do since i had to leave for work. This made buying an Electric Vehicle so much smother!

They are easy to work with. They help process everything with the state and PNM to get permits. I had to pay about $180 for everything.

They were great! Bulldog Energy Solutions provided and wired a Level II ChargePoint charger on the wall in our garage. They did all the paperwork for permitting, PNM EV Charger and Installation Rebates, and PNM Electrification Rebate. The charger works great and we schedule inexpensive charges for our vehicle any night that we need it. The whole process was quick and easy for us.

Bulldog Energy installed an EV charger for me. The installers who came out were super friendly and explained things well. The home office was quick to contact me for scheduling and made sure I understood the process. Everything has been working well!

We purchased an EV that came with a level 2 charger. Had dinner some research on the PNM rebates and decided on Bulldog Electric because Craig responded quickly. He came to our house the next day and then sent Luis the day after that. What a great team. Cassandra was emailing back and forth to get paperwork done. What a great operation. Keep it up. We need more companies that care about their customers! They coordinated with the PNM rebate and all we paid was $139.

They set the standard. I submitted a request for a Lv 2 charger in my garage. Their website lets you submit the request and you can upload pics of the space. Then, via phone/text they confirm the order. Via email you can send in confirmation documents. For me, within a day the technician came by and knocked the job out in less than 3 hours. They helped me set up the ChargePoint app, and applied every PNM rebate possible. $220 out of pocket. Very professional, very clean look. Incredible! Will definitely work with again. Thank you!!

Knowing nothing about charging an electric vehicle, I contacted Bulldog. Veronica was the best person to speak with about all this and quickly put me in touch with Craig, who set all this in motion. It was effortless on my part and I’m truly thankful that people like these have a business in Albuquerque. Luis was an excellent electrician, while Cassandra did all the paperwork, to complete this project. I am so happy. A big shout out to PNM for supporting people in going electric as well. Prompt, responsive, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable group of people. I wish I had gone directly through them to purchase the equipment. They did the work to submit my rebates. Answered my phone calls and returned phone calls promptly. Answered emails timely as well. Extremely recommend this company. The installer went out the day and time that was scheduled. I am so grateful to the team who helped me. My project would have been done sooner if I had bought the charger that is on PNM’s approved list. From installation to receipt of rebate took around 4 weeks.
