On Monday July 21st I noticed the power was off in my art studio behind our house. Before our solar installation, the power had been working, so I called Solar Pro, the installing company, and asked for an electrician to come out and take a look at what was going on.

Jake, the electrician, came out on Tuesday afternoon and found that the external outlet on the studio was faulty and would need to be replaced. He also went above and beyond in identifying and correcting other issues. He found that someone had left the old PNM meter sitting on the electric panel and took care of that. He also discovered and corrected several corroded circuit breaker wires and installed a missing wire junction cover.

He called to confirm his appointment and showed up on time. He was very thorough. He took time to clearly explain everything he was doing. He did all this in a very caring and professional manner, which we greatly appreciate; that is why we are writing this reference note.

Jake the electrician did an amazing job. He is kind , courteous and very knowledgeable. A great asset to your company.

We got bids from four highly rated local companies and after review of the proposals and in-person presentation with Steve @ SolarPro decided to go with the system he proposed. The whole process was facilitated by Poulan at every step, went better than I expected, and despite delays by state inspectors and PNM was completed before the end of 2020. Ron and his crew were professional and competent when on site and with all following communications. We would not hesitate to recommend Poulan Solar Pro to anyone interested in solar.

Jacob the electrian came out fixed a poor installation from another company. He was on time, friendly and very professional!! Would highly recommend him for any solar issues

Jake is one hell of an electrician. I’ve been in the trades for years and would hire him for any of your electrical needs in a heartbeat. He’s was on time, his work is clean, and he explained everything clearly to me. He’s definitely an asset to this company.

Steve Poulin was a tremendous help during the solar process. He provided a lot of information for the project and left no questions unanswered. I appreciate his time and expertise. I highly recommend people to start with Poulin first and visit their show room.

Jake did an incredible job today switching out 2 micro inverters because 2 of my solar panels were not working. He provided education on how the system works.

We chose Poulin Solar Pro to install our solar because they really sold us on their customer service. It seemed like they would take care of us if anything went wrong with our solar. Well when 3G was phased out, their inverter communication system needed updating.

They sent out an email stating that their customers can go through them to replace the modem. I have emailed Steve Poulin several times since that phase out and he has completely ghosted me.

I recommend just going through a good honest electrician rather than these people. I am so disappointed; I really thought they had my back.

My first review back in August was a testimony to Feliz and Jake they were Knowledgeable and seemed believe In the company they represented. However, it’s now December 2 , I have no Solar up and no hopes of getting Solar in time to get the tax credit and Solar Pro’s is no longer going to honor the installation at the 30% discount. Steve Pullen has lots of excuses for other companies But the facts are they dropped the ball and didn’t put in for permits in a timely manner. Not only have they harmed me to the tune of approximately $17,000. in lost tax credits , they have the nerve to try charge me an engineering fee of $2500. If I don’t proceed with the project at full price.

They installed my solar system in October of 2024, and since then it has been knocking it out of the park. The installation was clean, on time, and on budget. The system is completely covering my electric bill with a 6 or 7% surplus, which I could probably use up if I heated and cooled more aggressively.

Eric and his team are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I've hired them for multiple projects and highly recommended them for any commercial electrical services!

Red Shovel did an EXCELLENT job installing my Christmas lights. Josh and Gordon installed my lights while I was at work and they nailed it. I picked white and blue lights and they turned out great. This was the first time I had professional light installation performed and I am very pleased. It was such an easy process from start to finish and I highly recommend them. Thanks so much!

Always ready to raise their prices and never service the washer and dryer at the Amherst apartments in Albuquerque NM.

My experience is that few companies will go above the "call of duty" - and I'm proud to share that this company did exactly this for me. I needed to purchase some specific security cable, and after checking with the major companies I was aware of in Albuquerque (Home Depot, Lowes, Granger, & Summit) and not quite finding what I needed and twice the price, I stumbled across CSC.

CSC was very customer oriented, and although I did not have an account with them, they still provided excellent customer service to me. When I began my inquiry over the phone, they were having computer problems and wrote down the specifics of what I needed and said they would get back to me. Rob Kocoras at CSC did just that later in the day and although the local branch of CSC did not carry the cable, the larger branch was working hard acquire the cable. It sounded like the wait would be 3-5 weeks which I could handle, and better yet the price was about 1/3rd of what I had been quoted from the companies listed above not supplying quite what I really needed. Rob said he would try to acquire the cable from a company which would deliver it the quickest. I was very satisfied with him working with the shorter end of the timeline. Then I received another email the next day stating they were able to further bump up the timeline to a weeks delivery. When I asked for shipping confirmation, it was provided promptly.

Overall, I truly felt that CSC delivered a great product, great customer service, and has won me over as a customer for a long time. If you need cable (and I'm assuming they offer much more) I recommend you check with them first.
