We could not be happier that we recently chose Lannen's to fix our drip system issues. Todd, the owner, is very courteous and professional. He charged a fair price while doing an outstanding job fixing and redirecting our drip system. There is no doubt in my mind that Lannen's will always be THE company we use whenever there is an issue with our drip system!

This was my first time using Lannen's. I called them about fixing a leak in my PBV valve. They were able to schedule service next day, whereas competitors couldn't come out for 2-4 weeks. Todd did a great job, was professional & courteous. I will definitely use Lannen's again.

I was searching for a professional, small business to fix my sprinkler system for my grass. I saw that Lannens has a five star rating which gave me hope, and they did not disappoint. My existing sprinkler system was installed incorrectly, and after one year it broke. We called Lannen's and they came out to diagnose the issue, and scheduled to replace it with more up to date parts as well. I contacted them during a busy season so initially they were booked one month out, but they had a cancelation and came much sooner. The system was installed, and warranteed for a year which gave me good piece of mind. The only thing was, when I turned it on via the automated system it didn't turn on. I called and they returned the following morning first thing. After a simple rewire the system now works perfectly! The pricing was reasonable for the work completed, and Todd as well as his employees were professional and knowledgeable. Additionally, he gave me a couple tips that they can assist with to improve my lawn. I will definitely return in the future for all sprinkler and drip system needs.

I had my sprinkler system checked this morning by Jack and another gentleman. They found the problem right away and did the repair for a very reasonable price. They were on time, explained everything to me, and made sure I had any questions answered. I would recommend this company highly.

I was really pleased with the service we received from the folks at Lannen's. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and committed to customer satisfaction. I met Luis while I was trying to troubleshoot a sprinkler issue in my yard and he happened to be working in a neighbor's yard. Even though he was busy he took the time to answer a couple of questions that helped me contain the issue and we scheduled a service call for a few days later. The price was very reasonable for the work that was performed and he pointed out some things I should consider replacing in the future but didn't try to "upsell" me or do more than was needed. I'll definitely continue to work with these guys in the future.

We had a fantastic experience with Lannen's! We used them for two different jobs. The first job was an urgent situation where we were having a concrete patio extension installed and the people that dug out the dirt area for the concrete accidentally severed the control cable wires to our rear drip system. We need this fixed FAST as concrete was going to be poured later that day. Called around and everyone else could only schedule us a week or more out. Called Lannens and they sent someone out within the hour!! SO THANKFUL!!!

Second job was to fix our front drip system that was completely inoperable. Apparently previous sprinkler company that did the work (don't know who that was as it was here before we purchased the house) did a horrible job and basically did everything completely wrong. Lannen's replaced the entire front drip system for a very fair price. The new drip system is beautifully done.

We will only use Lannen's from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SMALL BUSINESS TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!

Mr. Lannen provided excellent service. His crew re-sodded my lawn and did an excellent job. Very efficient, cleaned up everything when finished and even readjusted the sprinkler heads. I recommend Lannen's Lawn and Sprinkler without hesitation.

I would like to let you know that if you're looking for quality service in lawn and sprinkler work you really can't find better that Lannen's. When you call them they are courteous and helpful over the phone and are there when they say they're going to be. The advice was helpful and to the point. Their people showed up on time and told us exactly what they were going to do and promptly set about doing it. Leaks were found shortly and arrangements with the head office to return in the afternoon to perform the repair. The two young men, Jack and Kevin, were respectful, well spoken and did an excellent repair to include making sure the repair was complete, the system worked as it was supposed to and that in effecting the repair no other issues raised their heads - an excellent post-maintenance test. The hole was filled in and the sod replaced, area was as clean as possible after a dig and continued professionalism from Jack and Kevin. Would I recommend these professionals? I would most certainly do so. Kudos to a fine company.

Communicated throughout the process, showed up on time each day, bright and early. Made sure before leaving to walk me through to ensure everything was done satisfactorily, and the owner followed up the next day to check in as well. Cleaned up after themselves too. They even returned to lower a few bubblers underground for me. The initial quote took a while, as the owner has to do them all himself based on the video he took of the yard, but they more than made up for it on the job and afterwards.

Wow, a company that actually delivers great price AND service! Their office folks are kind and helpful setting up my appointment. Luis and a helper came to install 2 new sprinkler heads, fix a leaking valve and investigate some of the spigots already in the yard. They were helpful, professional, kind and a pleasure to work with. Luis knows his stuff! He took the time to give me advice on my trees, how best to seed a new lawn, where to get extra supplies and even details on the different types of sprinkler heads I could use and where to buy them. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, I'm saving them in my contacts for sure!

Very pleased! Hired Lannen's to fix a huge leak in my irrigation system. I was so happy with the professionalism, communication and expertise that the owner had, that I also had them install drip irrigation in my back yard. Fair quote/price and they showed up on time when they were scheduled, got everything done in two days, and you couldn't even tell anyone had been digging in my yard! Highly recommend. Will definitely be using them in the future!

The entire staff at Lannen's are courteous amd professional. It was my first experience with this company and Nicole was so friendly, responsive and efficient in scheduling the appointment. You can tell she really cares about each customer as an individual. Todd gave a fair estimate and the actual cost was exactly what I expected. Lannen's was extremely professional and prompt. Their communication in explaining to me the repairs, options, cost was precise and very helpful. They performed a major repair om my system and left my yard cleaner than they found it. The follow up to make sure everything was working and that I was satisfied was a breath of fresh air. Needed new irrigation valve, shut off valve and repiping. Luis and Dean did the work promptly and efficiently, replacing a 13-year old, cheap system. Very happy with the work and would definitely use this company again.

I don't usually leave reviews of this nature and I will be up front that I did not choose their services so I cannot speak to their work quality. After calling a few places to fix a small leak in my front yard sprinkler system, I chose Lannen's Lawn and Sprinklers and three others. The one positive aspect was they did return my call quickly and get someone out the same day. We watched from the front yard as he pulled up and parked. Now, while I can't be sure that his reaction we saw was due to my front yard sign or something else that clearly bothered him, we went out to greet him. He was gruff but professional. We showed him the issue, and he looked at it for a few moments. My sign was right there. This time, we saw his attitude about it up close, but he said nothing. I went to check my mail which was close to his truck and saw a very specific decal. I knew at that point I would not be using his services. I was polite as I listened to him describe the sprinkler system, but then he went on to demean the sprinkler company, Rainbird, who installed the system 12 years ago. Rain Bird did a great job, I have all the receipts from the original owner which shows it was done up to code and very professionally. When I purchased the home last year I had a whole home inspection and it passed. He then quoted me what seemed to be an extremely expensive price, but I had no idea or frame of reference. I was quite surprised at the price because I did look up estimated repair prices before I called anyone. I told him I would think about it and I had three others bids coming in. He did become a bit pushy. I again said no. He then said how he does the work immediately and takes half up front, etc, could get someone over here later today, etc..and said he "shakes" on a deal. I did not extend my hand. I was trying to be polite because I knew I would never be comfortable with someone who had that decal on their truck working on my property. I restated I had other companies coming to bid on the job. His irritation was palpable, but he left. After getting three other bids, I found that his price was indeed insane! Triple the cost of the averages! I am glad I stood my ground.

I used Lannen's Lawn & Sprinkler to replace our antiquated sprinkler timer/control panel and two broken sprinkler heads. They were a pleasure to deal with from the initial conversation with Nichole to the actual installation and repairs. They were courteous, honest, and professional in every way. I originally engaged with Just Sprinklers who wanted to address my issues by running entirely new sprinkler lines for an estimated 5 figure cost. I decided to get a second opinion from these guys and the owner Todd offered a much more sensible solution for less than 20% the cost. He made sure the project was completed before a planned BBQ and his crew lead Jack did a really great job and was a pleasure to work with. These guys take customer service seriously. Invoice came in right on target despite the project taking an extra day due to heavy roots and clay. Highly recommended 👍👍

Lannen’s was so easy to work with. Our drip system hadn’t had any maintenance for several years and it was a mess. The people that came over were totally competent and had the system working perfectly in just a few hours. I had some special things I wanted done and those too were set up just right. The price for all this work was fair. I recommend this company.
