Both Storm (the owner) and his partner Eric provided me with excellent service. In addition to their amazing quality of work, they were very knowledgeable and courteous. Storm even rescheduled his medical appointment for my convenience. They were both prompt and reliable. If you're looking for a company that takes care of all your upholstery and/or carpet issues, i highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Storm was very professional, thoroughly answered all our questions and walked us through the whole process he uses. Our grout and tile looked as good, if not better, than the day it was installed! I had forgotten how beautiful the flooring was until I saw it so clean after he was finished.

Hired Suburban Carpet Cleaners to clean a large area rug (10x12) with lots of pet stains. They were able to remove all the pet stains and eliminate the odors from the rug. I also had them clean a recliner that had food stains on it from our kids. The chair looks new again and the rug looks fantastic. I would highly recommend SCC

Storm arrived punctually, a few minutes early, and did a great job cleaning my new living room area rug that suffered from pet urine spotting. He explained his procedure, which included deodorizing, and showed me the underside of the area rug so I could see the stains were removed all the way through. He's a nice and personable young man and quoted a fair price. I'm taking my future business to him and will recommend him to my family and friends.

We called on short notice to get the carpet cleaned in the new house we bought and the owner, Ray, came out the very next day. When he saw that the carpet needed to be re-stretched he didn’t hesitate to stretch it before he cleaned it. The carpet went from looking absolutely terrible to looking brand new! He did a couple of area rugs as well and they looked brand new too. The cost was definitely appropriate for the work—we even tipped him extra for being awesome. From the first phone call to him taking that extra step to make sure it looked amazing was easy and just great customer service. We would definitely recommend Summit Carpet Care! We had a scheduled appointment for 5:00 pm we waited until 9:00 pm he never finished the job and left at 1:30 am that morning this company is very un professional and his wife lied to us the whole time we were dealing with him he also dropped chemical on our pain new paint job and left our carpet worse than it was

We’ve used Summit Carpet Cleaning several times. They are extremely meticulous, friendly, and do a fantastic job!

I was a returning customer, but I won’t be recommending or using again.
Was quoted 9am-11am for service time. I received a text at 11:30am that they would be delayed. Waited until 2pm and finally called and cancelled my service. 3 hours late is ridiculous! 😡 waste of my time.

They made my carpet look like it was almost new,, it also dried more quickly then other carpet cleaners that we've used,,,
