Chem dry did a fantastic job on my area rug . So much so I hired them to steam clean all my floors and seal the grout. Well worth the money to have the house cleaned before moving in .

We have used this location twice for carpet cleaning, and both experiences were wonderful from beginning to end. Ashley, the scheduler was helpful and accommodating. Both technicians were timely and professional. Chem dry made the experience of having someone in your home to clean carpets easy and seamless. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend Chem Dry.

By far, the best carpet and tile cleaning service we have ever used. Thorough, fast drying, and excellent professional service. My carpet is light colored and over 20 years old. It looks like new now and I was considering buying new carpet. I am so glad I tried this company first. Well worth the cost.

My technician Maliq did an amazing job removing pet stains/odors from my carpet. Very professional and was on time and informed me on the process. Very happy with my service and it was fast and affordable! I definitely recommend this company.

The carpet tech called in advance and actually came early. He was polite and very thorough. Even though it was late afternoon and he still had another appointment to go to, he did not cut corners or act rushed. The carpet turned out great and we are very pleased with the experience.

Highly recommend Steven and Ashley, who helped us so very much at a stressful time. They were so kind, helpful and professional. Excellent service and the carpet looks amazing. We had a pet accident and they took care of it quickly and got the stains out. Be sure to buy a can of their carpet cleaner! It works great!

I live in Santa Fe and have been a long-time customer of the Santa Fe area Chem-Dry office. Zach came to my home and had excellent super customer service oriented skills. He was very friendly and listened to where to focus the most time, how many spots to check out and most important to me: put all my furniture and pillows back exactly where they were originally before he left due to my having lower back issues and could not do it myself later when the areas were more dry. He instead put down the furniture raising blocks that could easily be removed later on by me. He also brought in a towel to wipe down any wet spots so I would not slip on them later. I will definitely ask for him again when I need Chem-Dry's services. I especially like this company since i have asthma and never have to worry about chemical smells lasting after other similar services leave.

I've been using Chem-Dry for several years now & each time I'm in awe as to how beautiful my carpet looks after cleaning. And my carpet is 25 yrs old! Fernando & his assistant (apologize for not remembering his name) were awesome! Fernando confirmed with me what I wanted done & gave me the total cost before getting started so that there's no misunderstanding. Professional, friendly & transparent. I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I don’t bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after it’s been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

I would highly recommend Chem-Dry. They will follow up on how your experience was, and if there is a issue they solve it immediately.
I highly recommend Zack, he was my technician, talk about thorough he's amazing. He gets the edges clean at baseboards before he cleans...I've never had a carpet technician do that before. He asked me to inspect a couple of rooms at a time to make sure I was happy with the results. And Zack was so professional, was the most hard working carpet cleaner I've ever had. I can't say enough about his quality of service. I highly recommend This company and Zack is the man who can get your carpets the best they can be.

I used Chem Dry to clean my living room and hallway carpets. They were highly recommended to me and I’m so glad I scheduled with them. Shawn was the employee assigned to do my job. He was amazing and my almost 30-year-old carpet looks great. He along with the office personnel (Ashley and Jennifer) were also wonderful. About 10 minutes before Shawn arrived, our power went out. He came in anyway, looked over the job, gave me an estimate, and said he would come back after completing his other customer’s jobs and do mine at the end of the day. He said to keep in touch with the office about the status of the power situation. The power came back, went down again after 15 minutes; came back after about 30 minutes and stayed on.

I am so pleased with the service of all the people who stuck by me to get my carpet cleaned. I was having all new furniture delivered the middle of the next week. The entire company hung in there for me to see that I had really clean carpet to set the new furniture on.

I will always use Chem Dry for all my carpet cleaning. Who rearranges his whole day to get my carpet cleaned; Shawn did. He did an excellent job and I will always request him in the future. The entire company truly believes in excellent customer care.

We have used Chem-Dry to clean our carpets two or three times previously to this cleaning. This time the carpet was wet for much longer than it was supposed to have been. It was not good to have to walk around on wet carpet.
They also cleaned the upholstery of our two front car seats and that turned out great!

My first contact was with Ashley. Informative, friendly, and accommodating, she set things in motion. Sean, our technician, was communicative, professional and very knowledgeable. (Who knew there was so much to know about different carpet fibers and stain removal?!?) Yes, all around the service was excellent and affordable. But my experience with these two will make me call again when needed- and recommend their services to friends. Big bonus— their products are plant-based.

Simply the best! My carpets are immaculately clean and there was absolutely no harsh odor. AND they dried quickly! My next service will be deep tile cleaning.

No matter how great the cleaning is, if the staff isn't great I'm going elsewhere but Chem-Dry also excels in this department. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians is super professional and friendly. And for all these reasons, there's no other carpet/tile cleaning service I've used or will use. This was my first time using Chem-Dry of New Mexico. I thought our technician did a fabulous job on our couch, staircase, and the carpet in the upstairs bedrooms. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was I found it a little bit pricey. But overall, they did a wonderful job.

I recently had a very large sectional cleaned chem dry. When I scheduled it, Ashley in the office was very helpful and friendly. Zach, the tech that came to clean the couch was very thorough very courteous and very nice. My account just made with a special fabric, and Zach went above and beyond to verify what products could be used on the couch . I had a few spots on the couch and I called them a couple weeks later and they were so nice to come out at no charge and to fix those spots, I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Kevin was our technician and he was terrific. We gave him quite a challenge for carpet that we had hoped to replace a couple of years ago, but have not been able to afford right now. We prepped as much as we could to clear the traffic areas and through his efforts the results were so worth it. As it was humid winter weather it took a little longer to dry, and we allowed for that. I will have them back.

I have lived in my current home for 51 years. I can't honestly say when I started using Chem-Dry of New Mexico but I can say that I have never used anyone but them. There is no need for me to try to think back and comment on which time was best or not quite as good. We have never been less than very pleased with the times that they have taken care of our carpet. All of their people whether on the end of a phone line or in our home are really excellent people. We have found them to be prompt in anything that they promise, thorough in any job that they undertake. We highly recommend them if you want to deal with kind, caring and efficient people. Steve did a fantastic job cleaning our 2 Lazy Boy Chairs. One is an off white that had lots of Grey dinge. It's back to looking brand new! I highly recommend him. Very respectful and polite as well.
