Albuquerque Janitorial has provided great cleaning service here at 3DGS. They have been super responsive whenever we have had questions or concerns, and they do a great job. They come twice per week, and manage to keep up with the cleaning needs of our growing company. They offer carpet cleaning as one of their services, and they did a fantastic job with our stairwell.

Albuquerque Janitorial cleans our office on a weekly basis and they do a fantastic job. Always very professional. They are very thorough, reasonably priced and leave the office in beautiful condition. It's no easy task for an office with four dogs! Their yearly carpet cleanings are also very convenient. Brandon was professional, friendly, and informative. Most importantly, he loves dogs and was therefore able to understand and address our carpet and flooring issues, since we have four dogs. He cleaned the carpet and the grout, which had not been professionally cleaned for eight years.This was an extremely positive experience, and we are very pleased with the results. We have looped carpeting which is easily 'pulled' if not careful - Sean took care to make sure no damage was done and all was beautifully cleaned removing all cat hair my vacuum has difficulty removing. On time, efficient, cost effective and perfect. I plan to have Chem-Dry return every 6 months. This is the company to use!

This is an excellent company, offering an excellent service. Eco-friendly deep carpet cleaning without saturating and leaving water behind in which bacteria could grow. Fast-drying. Our technician, Zach Soderberg, was great: prompt, courteous, professional; he explained the whole process, worked swiftly but efficiently. Will definitely us Chem-Dry again.

Just bought a new house and they were easy to get scheduled and were able to give me a close quote to what I ended up paying. The cleaner was nice and did such a nice job with our home. The process was simple and clean! I highly recommend them! They were also very easy to move my appointment to better for my schedule last minute.
