This is the second year we have hired Steamatic to clean our carpets. Our "carpet guy", Donald Rich, was great! We have a two story house, all carpet, plus a love seat to clean. He was professional, fast, friendly, and a good sense of humor.
We believe in having our carpet professionally clean each year to extend the life of the carpet. Our four year old carpet still looks like new. Plus, we don't have to do it ourselves!
Oh...look for their specials on their web site. We received a 10% discount for being a repeat customer.

I had my carpet cleaned yesteday. The technician was Victor was great, very professional, thorough and nice. My carpet looks beautiful! Victor took the time to explain the ins and outs of how to keep my carpet in good shape. You might say I got a mini lesson in carpet maintenance and I learned a few things. I will use Steamatic again for my next cleaning and I will recommend Victor to my mom and to my friends. PS, the nice lady to who set up my appointment (don't remember her name), was also nice and very professional. Steamatic exceeded my expectation!

I had Steamatic come and clean my home's air ducts, didn't know how much it impacted my allergies! I can notice a difference in the efficiency of my AC and also the freshness of the air as well. The techs were so helpful in explaining what they were doing and were mindful of my furniture and belongings. Thanks Serena and Arturo!

11/14/19 Hagan and Arturo were fantastic! They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care not to scratch my floors when moving my dryer back into position. When a broken pipe under our slab flooded our home USAA sent Steamatic to handle the cleanup. They were there in less than an hour and a half. Once everything was dried out and mold removed we hired them to do the reconstruction. From beginning to end they did an outstanding job. Their staff was always on time and professional. We highly recommend them.

I had my carpets cleaned on September 4th and was very happy how everything turned out. One of the rooms carpet was stained an still came out looking clean as could be. I also want to mention that the service person, Obed, was very professional making sure I knew everything he was going to do, he was friendly and efficient with the work he did. Steamatic has never disappointed me with their product or their service.

What a great team of people. Albert, Chad, and Alex came to our house every day. The professionalism never faltered the smiles were always there. Every effort to isolate and eliminate mess and moisture where taken. Again standards never faltered. Heck the technician who cut my ceiling literally followed every cut with a vacuum. WOW.

Hay it's me again. We just had Sarina and Elisabeth out to clean our duct after our flood. Just when I thought I had seen the best of your company you up the bar. Literally worked in every room of our house and they left the areas cleaner than they found it. Thank you ladies. So awsome.

Donald cleaned the carpets of our new home on July 7, 2015. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, helpful and thorough. He seemed to genuinely care about our concerns with the pet odors present. He treated those areas carefully and with great success. the carpet looks beautiful and smells so much better. We are very pleased!

We moved into our new large home with white carpet. There is no better carpet cleaning company and Greg who has been the primary person to come fix all our carpet issues is AMAZING! He is knowledgeable and extremely good at what he does. If there is a carpet guru, Greg is it! Simone is also great to deal with. She does all the scheduling and is always very pleasant and works to fit things in with our busy schedules. She also knows us and we appreciate that! You can imagine white carpet in a house that does a lot of entertaining...Steamatic keeps it looking great and goes way above and beyond!

Serena and Joseph did an excellent job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vents. They arrived earlier than the promised time, but called well ahead of time to confirm that this was alright. They were courteous and professional, and they explained the entire process before beginning. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done, and they showed me the filter from their machine so I could verify how bad my vents were. I am satisfied with Steamatic of Albuquerque, and I would hire them again.

Last week I made contact with your company in Albuquerque. I spoke with Maya about work involved having only a high-back upholstered chair to be cleaned. She gave me her best advice and accommodated me for one day service being I’d be coming in from north of Santa Fe. I proceeded with my appointment and found Robert and Serena, technicians assigned to my order. Beginning with Maya, finding her to be most courteous, considerate, and most professional and extending same extraordinary customer service from Robert, and as well Serena.
I couldn’t be more appreciative and too, elated about quality customer service shown to me and service results from these awesome Steamatic staff.
This experience left me feeling I would use this company again!
