Faith Moving Company did a great job in moving our home from beginning to end. We received an in home visit for an estimate and had an opportunity to get our questions answered. They were the only company that I contacted willing to come out and give me an estimate. The company reached out to us via email, text and on the phone prior and during the move. The team that arrived were fantastic. They were professional, friendly and worked hard to get us moved into our new home. I've used movers in the past and Faith Moving Company far exceeded the others in and around Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

Faith Moving Company was super awesome! They packed our house and moved everything for us. They transported delicate wood furniture and other breakables in blankets and they wrapped them in wrapping plastic. They did everything very quickly and we couldn’t be more grateful for the service they provided!

This was phenomenal move thanks to the Faith Moving Company team! My wife and I’s expectations were blown away with how professional, expedient, honest, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our care today. There were not any issues with any of our furniture being damaged or anything that I could share feedback for improvement on- because that was a perfect experience!

We all know moving sucks and is so stressful, but Faith Moving Company made it such a pleasant experience. Everyone I met was so kind and thoughtful. There was great easy communication with the whole team throughout. I will say it was slightly more expensive that other larger moving teams I looked at, but I would absolutely say it was worth the price for the whole experience.

This is long overdue, but two years later I still feel immense gratitude to Faith Moving for getting me here. I was living alone in a house I had been in for over a decade and ended up in the hospital the week prior to my move. Faith Moving was understanding about rescheduling last minute and the day of blew me away! Each young man was incredibly professional and kind; taking excellent care of my belongings but also very personable. I was clearly stressed and still recouping but my only memories were lots of smiles, things moving so fast, and showing a bunch of them my crystal collection lol. A second crew ended early so joined - what I thought would be a full day venture was done in half the time so came in under the quote (I never hear that happening w moves). Everything arrived safely and they unloaded just as mindfully and fast. As a single woman homeowner I felt nothing but respect and care. I also read a review saying the same for lgbtq+ folks. My friend had suggested ordering Dunkin & having enough cash to tip everyone (hint hint future customers). Every single one approached me individually to say thank you, many shaking my hand or giving me a hug. It’s so rare to find impeccable customer service these days. Faith moving company was professional from start to finish. They were well prepared, creative with moving furniture through difficult spaces, and very efficient. They even made a second stop to pick up a piano for me. They moved the piano which has been in the family for years, very carefully. They were very friendly and it was a fantastic experience.

These young men made my day and made this move less stressful, which is kinda everything! They were professional, quick, honest, and respectful, not to mention just kind, good people. This company is awesome! Really impressed. Moving is stressful and trusting someone to pack your things, load them in a truck, and then take them to your new house is one of the hardest parts. The guys who packed my house were very professional, organized, worked hard and fast, and were extremely professional. They listened to my instructions and took them more seriously than I did. I just unpacked some of my things and I’m even more impressed by the care and organization of the boxes. They even finished packing earlier than the estimate, so I saved a few hundred dollars.

Faith Moving is on another level than other moving companies and I’ll definitely call them if I need to move again. By the end of the 2 day move, I felt like these guys were some of the kindest, most respectful, talented, smartest, and hardest working young men I’ve come across in a while. And the admin side was just as great, from the initial estimate to the follow up calls and communications.

I used Faith Moving Company to load PODS. It’s important to note that Faith’s checked in with me several times to find out how they could help and/answer any of my questions prior to the appointment.
On the day of the appointment, Raphael, Enam, & Moses were fantastic. They were courteous, professional, and took great care in packing and loading my many boxes and furniture into the PODS. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Additionally, I used Faith’s Move out cleaning, and I have no regrets. With Tyonna leading the cleaning team, my house is spotless and ready for the new buyer. Tyonna has massive cleaning experience & that experience helps her be thorough, efficient, and willing to share her expertise. Very detailed and thorough in steam cleaning three large bedrooms and cleaning the tile and grout in two bathrooms. We could tell they used the best equipment and cleaning products. Very careful with COVID safe practices.
