Scheduled to have a pool opening along with a heater pump installed, paid upfront for the heater and Atlantis has re-scheduled three times!! Waiting on the third appointment and they are not answering their phone! Very frustrating!!!

The first few calls to ask questions and set up an appointment were great. But getting Zach to show up when promised and trying to connect on the day (twice) to see when he was coming were impossible. Would not answer when called. And only text was “idk I’m working”.

Charged me $650 for a light and never replaced it. Can't show up when he says he will. Doesn't know what he is doing.

Zac did an amazing job on my pool. He was very professional and his work was awesome. Will definitely recommend this company.

I’ve only recently signed up for bi-weekly services and have excellent service for the last two months. Zac had my system up and running on the first visit, unlike his predecessor. Zac provides professional services and if he doesn’t know the answer he will get back to you.

Had issues with my hot tub. He came over right and fix the problem quickly. Good price friendly service and quality work.

Good communication. Showed up on the day he promised, unlike other pool service companies in Albuquerque. Opened our pool, and it looks fabulous! Very reasonable prices for the service provided.

I paid Zach $1600 for the full season after he came to coordinate services on May 9. Since that time he HAS NOT returned to my home, performed any service or returned any phone calls/texts/emails. Do not be scammed, find someone else to provide your service, unfortunately since I paid via Venmo, I have to get an attorney to get my money back!

The owner, Zach Francis, was brought in after another pool service botched maintenance and repairs. He quickly assessed the situation, made recommendations including multiple product possibilities, and efficiently replaced the filter. He is easy to work with, seems very knowledgeable, and really saved the day!

I hired this company based on the great reviews, but I was very disappointed. Initially, they were scheduled to arrive on April 16th at 2pm to clean the debris from my pool then return the next day to open it (add the chemicals and get it up and running), I was told it would be $325 for both services. On April 16th around 2pm the worker arrived and informed me that his vacuum was broken so he had to return in a few hours with a functional one, which I agreed to. He returned at 5pm and I was told a second time that the vacuum didn’t work and that he had to leave. He asked if he could return the next day (Easter), which I agreed to. He returned and cleaned the debris, I asked when he’d return and to open the pool after it was filled and said the next day. I paid in full (which I shouldn’t have done) and waited for someone to arrive the following day to open the pool, which never happened. I waited several days before calling and asking when he’d be coming back to open the pool, the owner informed that he forgot and he’d come that same day because he lived on the same side of town that I did. He didn’t come, I texted on April 23rd and asked if he was coming to open the pool and my message didn’t go through, I then called and that also didn’t work, which led to me to assume I was blocked. I tried to dispute the charge, but Zelle informed me that they only give the money back if it was sent to the wrong person. So ultimately I paid in full for half of a job and that is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I am not alone in this apparently. Look at the Yelp reviews!
