Was actually referred to them by someone. Spoke to someone named Scott and be asked me to send photos of what I need work on. Never responded and no one answers the phone.

Great crew fast and efficient. No hidden fees or surprises. Would recommend.

Very personable and easy to work with. Good communication about setting up service and also about the work they did. Good price too. Gutters look great. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend. Awesome service and guys! They showed up and did the work same day at an affordable price. Took pics of the roof which really helped to see how it’s holding up. Wish I could give more stars!

Scott was very responsive and quick to complete work on our gutters (he cleaned our gutters and installed a drop in one of our horizontal gutters so we could add a rain chain). He was patient and thorough in responding to my questions. Also, I felt the pricing was very fair. I will come to Scott again the next time I need any work done on my gutters.

Earnest, the owner /operator of Rug Repair & Restoration, was extraordinarily professional. He did a perfect job cleaning our large wool rug from Nepal. Aside from the great hand cleaning he did, he communicated promptly by email and phone.

Earnest was very engaging and showed interest in our design needs. We reviewed photos of the environment we want to add the carpets to. When we wanted to make a change from home (in another state), Earnest was very nice to make the change quickly.

When we're back in Santa Fe, we'll go back to Rug Repair and Restoration.

Ernest did a fantastic job attaching a sleeve to my blanket so that I can hang it up on the wall. He was very efficient with the job and has very reasonable prices.

Ernest is a true artist! I purchased my beautiful rug from Ernest, and before could even use it my dog chewed a hole in it. Needless to say I was sick. I brought it back to him and he repaired it overnight as he knew I wasn't in town for long. Here are the pictures of the fabulous craftsmanship this man is blessed with.

I was at the Mercado in Santa Fe today and had no plans at all to buy a rug until I started to really look at this collection. Earnests daughter was at the booth and showed me a rug which caught my eye. She is an absolute sweetheart. Gave me a decent deal on a lovely, quite unusual, Sumak weave, Persian rug. Later met Earnest whose knowledge was impressive. A very pleasant experience and I’m thrilled to add this unique rug to our others.

Earnest cleaned, repaired, and stretched several of our vintage rugs. He did a great job for a good price-much less than others in Santa Fe, but at best quality. Thank you, Earnest! So happy to have our beautiful rugs back!

I was not expecting to make such an important purchase while in Santa Fe on vacation but I came across Earnest. He has a beautiful selection of rugs and he patiently took the time to show me the ones I was interested in. He has extensive knowledge about the rugs, where they were woven, the design type, the materials, etc. He has new and vintage rugs. The cost of the rugs was below what you will pay in a store front and he offers free shipping! Earnest shipped when he said he would and the rugs arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend!

Earnest and his daughter helped us to select a beautiful antique rug for our den, after we looked through many style options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the provenance of all the rugs he had on display from various countries, and took time to answer all our questions and to explain the meanings of the different colors and markings used by the modern and the older weavers. I had done my homework before we went to the rug gallery, so I knew what prices to expect. Earnest offered a very fair price for the rug we purchased, lower than I had seen in my homework. The rug was promptly shipped by the gallery to our home without any problems and arrived in good condition with a special rug pad that Earnest precut to fit our rug exactly. I am very satisfied with my experience and intend to shop here again for future rug needs. The variety of colors and styles is really amazing. I give this establishment the highest rating.

Beautiful, unique rugs for fair prices at the railyard market on Sundays. Earnest was so helpful, pulling out rug after rug for me and my friends to find the perfect one. He caught on to our styles quickly, and never tried to upsell us. Each of us walked away with a gorgeous rug, soon to arrive back in NYC (free shipping!). He showed us some examples of his repair work, which was exquisite. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer of Earnest Sohail for some time. He has always been very knowledgeable regarding all types of rugs and his prices are very fair and affordable. I recently purchased a large red, black and white crystal star burst rug from him that is an exceptional find. I also purchased a rug backing which enhances the beauty and feel of the rug. At the same time, he repaired and restored a pre-1920 Navajo rug which I have owned for 40 years. This rug had worn bare spots, holes and the entire border was in disrepair. The rug was a mess. Earnest skillfully rewove all of the worn spots and holes and restored the border to like new condition. His work is beautiful and expertly done. This rug is now museum quality.
