We are still in awe a week later at how clean our carpet looks and feels after having Bravo clean them! They honestly look new again! Recommend them above all- have tried many! With 3 dogs in the house I will be calling on Bravo for future cleaning.

I was impressed from the get-go; they were right on time for the appointment, Stephanie and her Dad were professional, personable, and no-nonsense,,,,,,My carpet looks beautiful, like brand-new. Spots I wasn't sure weren't going to come out, did. They cleaned an old lamb area rug, also beautiful again, Wonderful company, and family-owned ad operated, I made an excellent choice and refer them to everyone,

I recently had my upholstery and carpet cleaned by bravo. Results where better than expected and better than any of the other carpet cleaners I’ve used in the past. They even got out a stain no one else was able to get out! The best part was when they finished it smelt great and looked new again.

Best carpet cleaning I have had in 6 yrs! Our house is over 2600 sq ft and wall to wall carpet. They did an outstanding job. Courteous, kind and above all, the best carpet cleaner I have ever had. I will hire them year after year. Worth every penny!

We have used several companies over the years to clean our carpets. Once we found these guys, we have never used anyone else. They do the best job cleaning carpets of anyone we have ever used! They are wonderful to work with, do a fabulous job, and are reasonably priced! I highly recommend Bravo Carpet Cleaning!

My carpet has been cleaned multiple times and I am relieved to say this Company has always done perfect work. When I called for estimate I was told the areas to be cleaned would be measured and a quote given at that time. Anyone getting a quote has the choice of accepting it or not.

I also have my house cleaned every week. From the fans to the blinds to the baseboards. Luckily Bravo's standards are as high as my own. The house sparkles and smells wonderful.

I was prepared to simply replacing my 15+ year old light colored extremely pet stained carpets. I asked them to simply do their best. They Performed a Miracle. I'm keeping the carpets for another little while thanks to them.

Very courteous, prompt, and thorough! Before starting they put up guard protectors along the doorway and stair rail to prevent any possible scuffing. They work great as a team and have high power equipment that gets the job done. They exceeded my expectations and did a fabulous job ... BRAVO Bravo!

I've used Bravo Carpet Care for many years. Their service is professional, friendly, flexible, and prompt! I have teenagers and pets, so my carpets and rugs need frequent cleaning. Bravo does a great job removing stains. Plus their method really does dry quickly! I won't use anyone else.

I called Bravo this morning, and asked to schedule ASAP. They were literally at my house within 2 hours. Very responsive! We just purchased our house and moved in a couple of weeks ago, and in the move, my cat peed in the one room that has carpet. Now that we're settled and hopefully our cats have figured out the lay of the land, I wanted to have this room cleaned before it became a habit and a problem. They treated the entire space with an enzyme cleaner (which is the best way to effectively remove pet spots/smells), then steamed/cleaned, and deodorized. They were professional and knowledgeable and quick! Great experience.

I always like supporting local businesses when I can. Bravo Cleaning arrived on time and did a great job! I'm really pleased with the results.
I didn't give a full 5 stars because I paid way more than I was quoted. They did honor the quoted price for carpets, but the tile was double what was quoted. Overall, I paid 50% more than I was quoted. I would have appreciated a more accurate quote up front and disclosure of an average contingency percentage.

We went with Bravo Carpet Care to clean our tile after a long remodel. Our tile was new but look terrible due to all the work that we had done on the house at affected it. They came in and did a fantastic job. when they left I did notice a couple spots in a look as good once it dried, called them up and they sent someone out to finish the job and went above and beyond what I expected. I couldn't recommend them enough and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Bravo came after a flood in my bathroom. They were so nice and accommodating. Tina at the office is a doll! The cleaning team was very communicative — checked my walls for moisture and then cleaned everything! 10/10

Excellent job! They came over and cleaned my carpet in two rooms. Very heavy traffic with teenagers over 5 years of wear and tear. One stain I thought was a forever stain, and they cleaned it like new. Quick, efficient, professional, and most importantly safe.

I recently had Bravo Carpet Care steam clean my home carpeting. I wanted a good steam cleaner to do my carpeting and I was impressed with the top end steam cleaning system this company uses. I got a quote on the phone and they honored it when they arrived. They were prompt in arrival and did a very thorough job. I would recommend them.

Rio Bravo Carpet Cleaning is top notch! I have rented a home for seven years and needed extensive cleaning of carpets. They were diligent and careful with my furniture, and protected corners of my walls, as they moved in and around rooms. They cleaned the carpets thoroughly and paid extra attention to stained areas. Carpets looked and felt like new. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

I need to leave a great review as I have been using them for the past 20 years! Amazing. They are the only carpet cleaning company that has been : consistent, reliable, good at cleaning my carpets and value priced. I laugh at myself because I've told them that my carpet is pretty old, and I need to replace it. Then they clean it. And... I still have the carpet! Win-win for the carpet and its ability to be cleaned by an AWESOME crew. Family owned, operated and they seem to get along well when working. I'd give you 10 stars if that was option.
