Unprofessional employees, they don’t know how to keep customers. Got a quote over the phone, they ended up charging 50% more when the job was done. Will never use them again or send them referrals.

Best carpet cleaning I've ever had. On time, got the job done within the estimated time frame they gave me, and results are best I've seen. And I've got 14 yr old carpet that looks like new!

I have used bravo in the past and have been very pleased with their work, but I called them the day before Thanksgiving, and had an emergence. I spilled wine on my carpet, and I had all my family coming in that evening. I didn't want the big mess to be seen. I panicked called bravo and they came out immediately, cleaned and treated the spot. They left UV lights on the stain and that thanksgiving morning, they had disappeared! I am very thankful to those 2 young gentlemen. "They are the best"!

AMAZING!! I love getting my carpets clean around the holidays, and I've tried so many carpet cleaners and disappointment after disappointment. I'm so happy to say I found the right ones 😁 Looking forward to getting my carpets cleaned again before Christmas!! There's not a stain they can't get out it amazes me 😍 I recommend using bravo if you want your carpet to stay clean!!

Carpets happen! Bravo does my home and my flips. I give them 5 stars for their expert quality, but also for the AMAZING customer service. I recommend to all friends (especially my Corrales peeps) but also to my Real Estate colleagues. Affordable, and accurate.

I brought my sheepskin rug in on Saturday and it was done the same day with great results and a wonderful price. The owners were extremely friendly. I’ll definitely use them again.

Beware of estimates given when you schedule a cleaning! I spoke with the office 3 times before my carpet was cleaned, giving very accurate information as to the size and what rooms were to be cleaned. When the cleaners arrived for the job, they said I would have to pay $50 more because of the areas to be cleaned. When I called the office to complain, she told me the cleaners set the price, so I would have to pay the extra $50. Why give me a price ahead of time if it is meaningless? They did a good job cleaning the carpet, but would not use again because of the pricing descrepancy. The estimate should not be $50 off.

I called Bravo this morning to set an appointment and to my great surprise they are cleaning my carpeting currently. The three employees that showed up are friendly and professional. My carpet is looking amazing!!!! “Bravo” to Bravo.

I called this carpet cleaning company in need of something quick and comparable with the price that Stanley Steemer quoted me (thier price was the same) and I totally relied on the fact that they have the vortex machine and that they use "green" products (enzymes) and had a 4 + star rating.The staff were @ my house cleaning the carpets within an hour! The 2 young men were very nice and moved some chairs,small tables and rugs for me (as I have a bad hip which was 1 reason I had someone else do the cleaning!) and were done cleaning in a little over an hours time.I was happy and satisfied with the service,the speed of the cleaning and the price! and I will definitely call them again!! =]

Bravo was not only on time and efficient, they are also very friendly and great at what they do. I once owned a cleaning company and I wish that I would've known them at that time! When it comes to carpet cleaning in Albuquerque Bravo Carpet Care are the best I've ever known!!!!

Very courteous, punctual and professional. Spoke to a nice person named Tina on the phone. Employees Steffanie and Alcon came out same day I called and got completely rid of a huge and splattered red wine stain in dining room carpet. 100% gone. Plus they got out other dark spotty stains that were there when I moved in. Realtor and owner will be very happy. Before and during their work, they explain everything they do and don't create any false expectations. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Keep shopping. I read good reviews here and tried to go with a locally owned company so I scheduled them. They showed up in a non marked van, which felt odd from the start after seeing the pictures of the Bravo trucks. For a small 1,400 sq ft house the quote was $600 plus if I wanted to add anything else on! If I paid with cash I didn't have to pay tax (more shady business). I told her I've had a 3,000 sq ft house cleaned for less than that and the only response was "we have a full size truck-mounted cleaner." She wouldn't leave a written quote so I said no thank you and called one of the commercial companies who came the same day did the same job (plus added the bathroom tile I told Bravo not to quote) for $247+ tax. Maybe this two person crew wanted to be done for the day, but I'll leave my review here for others to decide if this is the company you want in your home.
