We recently hired Neil and company to clean our Travertine Stone floors. I had tried to clean the floors and the grout multiple times but just could never get all the haze off the floors.

After Neil performed a professional cleaning, the floors look great. No more haze and we are very happy with the results. Fast, effective floor cleaning service, is just what we needed! Good job guys!

I had royal clean my carpet and when they came to my house their employees looked a little sketchy. They were only there for 20 minutes and I asked if could go over some spots in the living room that looked a little dark; they said once the carpet dries it will lighten up. It never did! I called the office and they gave me the runaround about how the carpet was worn and sometimes carpet can’t be cleaned. I called Superior Carpet Cleaning and my carpet re-cleaned, they did a fantastic job! I won’t be recommending these people to friends or family. Worst experience ever.

Called on a Saturday, they sent out Fernando that afternoon /evening. Fernando recommended that carpet replacement was a better option. He was upfront and honest and didn't try to scam extra money performing a cleaning that might not work. We will definitely be using Royal Carpet Cleaning in the future with the new carpet in our rental home!

Neil and his crew provide fantastic service. They stuck to their estimates, they showed up when they said they would, called to confirm that everything looked great, and were an all around joy to work with.

They cleaned all of the light colored grout, and all of the carpet at the home I had lived in for four years, and it all looks brand new.

I just had my sofa and chair cleaned by Fernando. He did an excellent job and left me satisfied with the work done! From the timing of arrival, to the hard work he put in in removing the dirt and hair from my animals I had back home. I'm in college, and the pieces of furniture I got are all hand-me-downs (totally not complaining) but just needed to be cleaned up a bit. I highly recommend Royal Carpet Cleaning to anyone who needs upholstery cleaning, tile work, grout staining, etc. done in their home! You will not be disappointed. :)

I called Royal Cleaning to clean a relative's house. The pricing was very reasonable and Neil did an excellent job. I usually call a cleaner twice a year, and none of the previous cleaners were as personable or professional as my experience with Royal. Additionally, we had a smell in the carpet (pets and children) that had always been an issue, even after cleaning, but he was able to get rid of it. I have found my permanent cleaner in Royal Carpet Cleaning. Great company!

We have been a faithful customer of Neil's for FIVE years now, for good reason. He is on time every time and when he gets to our home is does a fantastic job! He has cleaned our carpets, couches, tile and even our tiled kitchen counter tops. Each time he is meticulous about his work and takes a lot of pride in what he does. We will never use another carpet cleaning company as long as we are in Albuquerque. Neil is hands down the best!

Great work and GREAT service! Our new puppy made a mess in our house and we were hoping for (but not necessarily expecting) same day service. Royal Carpet came out within an hour of my initial phone call and took care of business. Bernadette and Neil were phenomenal. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Just moved into an older model house with carpet that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. I heard good things about Royal, so decided to give them a call. So glad I did! I truly was astounded at the job Neil did as he somehow made the old carpet look like it was brand new again. Couldn't be happier with the result as well as the customer service that Neil provided. The next time I need a floor cleaned I definitely know who I'm going to call!

Our carpet was, frankly, a disaster due to our cats and it needed a major cleaning intervention. Neil arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and was ready to get to work. An hour and a half later, the carpet is clean and looks almost new again. I am so pleased with his workmanship and the four step cleaning process he developed to achieve cleaning results that have me totally delighted. I'm also delighted with his reasonable pricing. I'd recommend him to all my friends!

Let me start off by stating I have not reviewed a company online before but I was so impressed with the level of service, I could not let this go unnoticed without an outstanding review!
Neil really saved the day and performed the best carpet cleaning with the utmost in professionalism! Neil's company is a lucky find!
I called Neil after my old carpet cleaning company, after ten years, merged with another local company in the Albuquerque area and sent two individuals (looked like criminals casing my house) to clean my carpet, they wanted sell me services that they could perform that I did not want or need and attempted to double the price! I asked they call the owner, and after ten years we parted ways. I am glad we parted ways as it opened the door to a level of service with Royal Carpet Cleaning that is seldom seen in today's world.
Neil called ahead,showed on time, explained the process, no bait and switch, and cleaned the carpet better than I have had any carpets ever cleaned before! The pricing was upfront, same as on the website. Next time I will try the tile cleaning as I was so impressed with how he cleaned the carpet with, pre-treatment, agitation, and steam extraction. I was so impressed, I asked for some of his cards so I could pass them on to friends, family and co-workers.
Neil even followed through with a thank you card to me for the "privilege of cleaning" my home!

Absolutely the BEST! Stop searching for window cleaning companies. These folks are not only the best at it but they are trustworthy, professional and downright Friendly!! The price was PERFECT.

They left spider marking or moth markings on the windows. The were quick, but not detailed enough. Otherwise they were polite and knew what to do fast, and clear out. They worked after 5:00 PM, so the sloppy window cleaning probably occurred due to keep from working overtime, and they are probably not paid for overtime.

Very impressed. Cody did a great job and was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend. The windows and screens look great. Very reasonable rates.
