Amazing company, they were truly honest with me about what the job needed for pricing. As to where I tried with a different company and they were trying to charge me twice as much. I also had some odor removal done, Noah was so great! He truly went out of his way to make sure the odor was treated properly and done professionally and made sure every spot was treated. Noah cleaned our carpets, including our stairs and did a fantastic job. He was very professional and friendly, made friends with our three dogs and gave me some very useful tips on how to spot clean effectively if needed. Our carpets look awesome.

Bear Carpet Cleaning is fantastic! I've hired them to clean my ducts several times as well as for odor elimination (smoke, sage, pet smells) and they completely removed it all! They're my go-to place. The owner Jeff and staff have all been very easy to work with. Techs Noah and Anthony are very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough with each project. First time I used them was for a couple apartment units that had mold and were smoked in for 14+ yrs. Not a trace of either after they provided service! BONUS: the fogging even killed a few bugs that were hiding haha! Highly recommend them. Thank you!!

My wife and I had Bear carpet come out to clean our 1 year old carpets for warranty reasons. (4 bedrooms and a study along with a large area rug) Bear carpet was highly recommended and we had Noah Garcia as our tech and he did a wonderful job. Noah came out to our residence on time and he was extremely expedient in getting our carpets cleaned for the holidays. This is the second year in a row that we have had our carpets cleaned by this small business and after every service, our carpets are left looking brand new. We have 2 large dogs that like to track in the outdoor elements throughout the year so being able to get our carpets professionally cleaned is so helpful in preserving our flooring. Noah was extremely thorough in explaining the process and how to address the various trouble areas. He ensured that he placed protective ware throughout various rooms to ensure that the hoses and equipment did not ding or scratch surfaces. He added fans to ensure the drying time was. accelerated during this December service. Our house is over 3000 sq feet and he was able to get our carpets cleaned in less than a 4 hour window. This small business hires extremely professional and customer service driven employees who strive to ensure the customer is pleased with the services rendered. Noah has great communication skills and was very considerate of where he parked his van to ensure that our vehicles were not impeded during his visit. I bought two amazing rugs off a showroom floor and they had heavy foot traffic that had caused some discoloration. I took them to Bear and they came out as good as new. Super friendly staff that take pride in their work!

I'm a first time customer of Bear Services. I had read the reviews prior to contacting them. The reviews were very positive so I decided to take a chance (I'm a bit of a skeptic). I was totally pleased with the professionalism provided by Noah! He thoroughly explained the process and quoted various price options for cleaning my furniture and area rugs. I have had my furniture cleaned before but the results Noah achieved were amazing! My area rugs were taken to their facility for cleaning so I will update my review when they are returned. The reviews by other customers were SPOT ON! Bear will be my "go to" company in the future and I will certainly make a special request for Noah!

I took in four carpets for cleaning. The lovely Janelle said it would be two weeks and two weeks later they were ready. Each carpet came back cleaned and individually wrapped for transport. Inside tip: they give a 20% discount if you drop off and pickup yourself. Charges are based on square footage. I recommend these folks and will use them again.
