I have been using Scott for over 25 years, not only for my personal properties but for my clients. He's installed carpet for me personally at least three times, plus numerous home sellers/buyers. It's not a choice here but he does a great job on cleaning tile/grout as well. I recommend Scott all the time. Great, great service.

Scott is amazing! He did my restaurant's floors, that needed some TCL, and I could not be more pleased. Scott came in, did a demo on our floor to see exactly what needed to be done, we came up with a plan, he gave me a quote and then we booked the appointment. Scott and his sons were very professional and did such a wonderful job! I will definitely be calling them for future jobs and highly recommend him to anyone needed to get their floors cleaned!

Bear Carpet has always cleaned our carpets and they are excellent! Noah went above and beyond from start to finish. He brought out the big fans and our carpets were almost dry before he left!

Noah arrived on time and cleaned my carpet thoroughly. I left the house when he was working and he called to tell me about a spot he wanted to treat and informed me of any possible risks with the treatment. I have a small 5 pound dog, he remembered her by name and informed me of possible risks for her(minimal), being close to the floor. I would recommend Bear Carpet cleaning and Noah. Prices are fair.

My friend L. Pelech (doesn't have Gmail account, so I'm doing this for her) just had Bear Carpets clean her carpets and received the best service anyone could ask for! Noah was courteous, thoughtful, and explained in detail, her carpets, and the options that she had with cleaning them. He went above and beyond, and he was even very kind to her dog Bella. Our second time using them. They were great! Our technician, Noah, was polite, thorough, and managed to remove our spots - even those we cleaned (adding soap) and didn't clean. We went ahead and opted for the stain guard...looking forward to seeing how well that works.

Once again Bear Carpet made our carpets look like new. The technician, Noah, had the proper equipment and supplies and then did a thorough job of cleaning every square inch of carpet including the spots. He was both pleasant and professional.

Wow!! What a great first experience. Just bought a house in Rio Rancho NM. Filled with cigarette smoke and Bear came in to clean the air. Jeff the regional manager, absolutely fantastic got what we needed fast and furious. We also spoke with Anthony, and Brandon, who took care of setting up and picking up the equipment both very friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Highly recommend their services.
