We needed a rug cleaned during a renovation and said rug had been saturated with dog urine, unfortunately. I set my expectations pretty low because the rug had been repeatedly marked over the years by a male dog, and despite home cleanings, the urine embedded itself on the underside. When we picked up the rug, I was shocked that it looked brand new! Very happy customer and will use this service again.

Bear Oriental’s staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They did a nice job removing stains and pet odors on two rugs. I intend to use their rug cleaning service again in the near future. I highly recommend this company.

Bear Carpet Cleaning is my go to source for carpet and rug cleaning. Noah has cleaned my carpets & rugs for several years. He is always on time, very knowledgeable, explains the process, and does an excellent job. The carpets were cleaned by noon, dry by 6 PM, and look GREAT. Thank you, Noah.

Jenell and the other staff member of bear oriental rug cleaning are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful. I use them consistently for annual cleaning of my area rugs and when one of my pets has an "accident" on the rug.

I apologize for the lateness in this review. On June 2nd, our Persian rug was delivered after it was cleaned at your facility. It was exceptionally done! Many guests have already commented on its transformation! I will recommend this business to my friends!

I can't overstate what an excellent job Janelle did on my rugs. I have two beauties that I purchased in Afghanistan. One had a dog urine stain on it that a previous cleaner (not Bear) was not able to remove. Janelle cleaned that out and restored both rugs to their original luster. I'm so impressed.

Our wool area rugs were damaged by salt water when the water softener flooded the house. Anthony was very helpful during our call and Audra explained the water immersion process to remove the salt and dirt when we dropped off the rugs. Anthony did an excellent job cleaning the rugs and they look better now than before the flood!

Excellent price, excellent customer service. Our rugs look brand new after being wrecked by our three dogs. We got them back in just over a week shout-out to Jen (Jenceill?) who directly handled and cleaned our rugs. We will be back!

I have a large 9x13 living room area rug that had taken 6 years of abuse by three small children and a dog. It was ready to be replaced/tossed out. I called up Bear on a whim honestly and Jenelle wound up doing a fantastic job restoring it! It looks almost completely new (minus the normal wear and tear). They do a deep cleaning process using both physical and chemical processes. Amazing and worth every penny. Before just replacing a rug I highly recommend giving them a call.

Took our rug to get it steam cleaned and very satisfied. We were looking at buying another one and they are very expensive. Juneill saved us money so go see her asap! She is professional and very friendly and helpful l. Get your estimate and save by dropping off at 3205 Claremont. They do offer pick up service if you don't have a truck to transport. Get yours done you will be happy!

First I want to say that communication with Jeff was excellent. He educated me on the way rugs are most effectively cleaned to prolong the life of my rugs and he responded very quickly to my text about delivery. Special shout-out to Janiil Ayala who did an excellent job cleaning my two large wool area rugs. Also I would like to commend Noah Garcia for his excellent work cleaning the wool wall to wall carpet in my home. Everyone I've encountered at Bear are really good people. I very highly recommend this company.

Brought our 8x12 oriental rug to Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning. The entire staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Their customer service was exceptional and Jeneill did an outstanding job cleaning our rug. Even the fringe came out clean as a whistle. I had a great experience with Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning. Jeneill did my intake, cleaned my rug herself, and did a beautiful job, and handed me the finished product as well. She was friendly and professional and a pleasure to work with. I also had contact with Anthony, the manager, who worked with me on the possibility of removing the fringe on my rug, which I decided not to do. He was very helpful as well. I highly recommend Bear for your rug-cleaning needs!

Not only my rugs get perfect care and cleaning treatment at Bear, but Jeneill is a pleasure to deal with: always in a refreshing good mood, always has a minute or more to graciously answer questions. Jeneill is more than a pearl, and I highly recommend Bear carpet, who I have been using for years.

I was a little unsure of what to expect, I was quoted waay more at 2 different other shops for the cleaning of my rug, until I called Bear. I called 2 weeks later to see if it was ready, but Janelle told me she wanted to try a little more with a cpl of deep set in stains, so I said ok, and I was supposed to pick it up on Monday after work, but I had forgotten, Janelle called me asking if I was coming cuz she was waiting for me after hours! Oops! Sorry!
But then the next day I was ready to stop by, and she forgot! Oops!
But when I did pick it up my experience with Janelle was great!! She was super sweet and very friendly! I felt bad for making her wait after hours and taking an extra day to work on my rug. But the end result was outstanding! My rug has never looked so good. It looks brand new! So, thank you Janelle for taking a little extra time on my rug! You don't get that kind of customer experience without the extra money or attitude. Janelle was super happy and it did not bother at all to having to take an extra day to make sure the job was done correctly. She told me that she knows she could get it properly. Wow!

Bear Oriental Rug Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning and moth-proofing my large Navajo weaving. I was especially pleased with Jeneille's help when I came to pick it up. I will use them again.

I've had several rugs cleaned in my lifetime, but this was the best experience I've had. I purchased a hi-quality, wool, 5X7 rug at an estate sale for a really low price--it had a few rust-like stains right in the middle of it. I took it to Bear (getting a 20% discount for transporting it myself). I showed the rug and its issues to Juneal who assured me she could handle it. In short--she did. She was so friendly, and the turnaround time was really quick. The. Rug. Looks. Awesome--like new as a matter of fact. The price was very reasonable for a rug this size. I have several more rugs that could use a good cleaning; now I know where to take them. Thanks Juneal--Great job!!

I would recommend New Mexico Carpet Repair and Cleaning. I am very happy with the installation of my new carpet. Isaiah was very professional. He made sure that I had gotten what I had ordered. He was at my home when he said he would be there, and called me prior to being there. He had my carpet laid in a very timely manner, and told me how to take care of it. I am very pleased with his work, and will be calling him again for upkeep on my carpet, and if I need more carpet laid. I would like to thank Isaiah for the great job he did for me.
