Isaiah did a fabulous job stretching and cleaning the carpets in my new home. They were on time and courteous and even came in at less cost than estimated. I appreciated that he was upfront and honest about what services he felt needed to be done and what services would not be beneficial to us. He even came back to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend!

Our carpets look so clean and fresh! Like brand new! Isaiah was very professional and was able to get a stubborn stain out of the carpet that we have not been able to get out! We will definitely be having him do any carpet cleaning or carpet repair when we need it!

Isaiah patched my pet damaged carpet, and it looks amazing!! It is one thousand times better! I scheduled a day to meet with him about a week in advance. He called to confirm the appointment the day before and was very professional, and was easy to talk to. He did great work and I could not be more satisfied with the repairs! New Mexico Carpet Repair and Cleaning did an excellent job. Isaiah did a fantastic job fixing the carpet damaged by our dog and making sure no carpet strings were left sticking out for our dog to pull on again. He was extremely professional and personable.I appreciated that he called to let me know he was on his way and that he was able to arrive early. We had our carpet repaired by cutting out and replacing where there was pet damage. Isaiah did a careful and beautiful job, using carpet I had saved. It came out perfectly and I won’t hesitate to use him again in the future for any carpet cleaning or repair. He was pleasant and personable the entire time.

We had the the carpet cleaned throughout the house, carpet in one room stretched and tile/grout cleaned throughout. All results were great! Carpet dried soft within a few hours after cleaning. Grout looks really nice - so much cleaner!

He restretched bedroom carpet that initially was poorly installed by another carpet installer from a big box home improvement store. The humps and ridges are gone! We were not happy with the service we received from Isaiah at all. He was very unprofessional, did not do the work that we had agreed upon. According to his bid he was going to stretch four wrinkles out. He did stretch the three easy ones yet the harder one he did not do. He would have to go inside my closet to stretch, he asked me to move my shoes which I did. Since it was included in the bid, I text him and asked him if he was going to come back and make it right. Haven't heard back. He did not do the carpet cleaning due to a few bees, that have never stung anyone, on our front porch. Our little dogs were shut up in a bedroom and he still complained about the barking so my 88-year-old Dad shut them outside in the heat. I was at work when he came or things would not have ended as they did. Now I have to find someone else to come and do the work we had agreed upon. Recently we have done some remodeling and have never had an issue with any contractor. We chose this company due to the good ratings, yet we were not happy at all.

We had our carpet stretched in our great room. Isaiah is the ultimate professional! He responded to our initial phone call immediately, advised us of his pricing schedule and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived exactly when he said he would (and let us know he was on his way). He did a terrific job in an expeditious and friendly manner. I HIGHLY recommend his service and will use his service in all aspect of carpet maintenance.

In highly worn areas, replacement was noticeable, but to be expected. Isaiah also informed us of this before starting the work. In areas where the surrounding carpet was not as worn, the repair is almost unnoticeable.
