Joseph is always the tech that comes out to clean my carpets. He is also an owner. I am never disappointed. Looks like new carpet when he leaves. Takes limited time to dry and I can get my house back to normal. Donna who sets appointments is always looking for a good deal and is happy to schedule a time that works with my schedule. Joseph did a great job getting silly putty slime that was stuck in my son's floor. Made my day! The previous people who did my floors could not get it out. He was fast and efficient. Donna the receptionist was very courteous as well. I will use this company again for sure.

Duke city Chem-Dry was probably the best carpet service I have ever used. Right from the start, setting up the initial appointment with the receptionist, Donna, was super delightful. Super cherry made me laugh. Then to the actual service, was amazing!!! Joseph was also very fast and efficient!! And on top of that he cleaned the closet carpet! Just to be nice!! Sooo freakin sweet!! Totally recommend!!!!!!!!!

Let them detail your car and it it will like brand new. They do excellent commercial and residential property maintenance and clean up as well as tree trimming and landscaping. They get the work done quickly and at a fair price.

Marcus McCoy was outstanding when he came to Farmington from ABQ, although I have a red tiled curved roof and my house was not a candidate for leaf guard. I could tell he knew what he was talking about out too.

Patricia was absolutely fantastic showed up right on time did all her inspections then spent the full day really going into detail and explaining the differences between them and the competition.

Gilbert was a very patient and explained everthing so we old folks can understand.
Also had a great personality. I would rate him a 5 also!
