We needed stairs and a hallway cleaned which qualified for a minimum charge. Looking around, 5 Stones offered to do more work for the minimum fee. When does that ever happen?! I of course volunteered my study. The completed service was excellent, performed efficiently and all in a timely manner. The two service providers (owners) were professional cheerful, and I thought were highly conscientious. From this point onward, 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning will be my go to.

Tristan came in and cleaned my area rug. He was very professional and made sure my cats were safe before he started the process. He gave me an assessment and explained the whole process before even cleaned and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this business and use it again.

Tristan did a great job cleaning our grout and tile in our kitchen and dining area. It looks brand new and we are so happy that we went with the sealant. They were quick and on time and very friendly. I highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have had 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning come to my home. I chose to have them do my couches this time and they came out great. The cleaner is enough to provide a nice clean smell without being overwhelming. I house sat for a puppy who unfortunately urinated on my carpet/rug and left a horrible smell. The smell was completely gone when they were done. They always arrive on time and are very pleasant to work with. I plan to use them for all my carpet/upholstery needs. There truly isn’t anyone better.

5 Stones came and cleaned the carpets in our lounge located in the North Valley. They were professional, on time, and the quality of their work was excellent. We will definitely use them again.

Tristan came in to our home and cleaned our carpets before posting the house for sale, he was on time, very responsive on every question we had, respectful and helpful and he did a great job! This Company did a great job working within my timeline ( I had a very short timeline to work with, only a two day window). They were right on time and did an excellent job. The carpets and couches look grate, just like new. They were very courteous, and made sure to point out spots or stains they though may still show once the carpets dried. I had a great experience with 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning of Albuquerque. They made our carpet look new again. All of the stains came out. The entire carpet looked uniformly clean. There were no chemical smells either. You want a family owned and operated business to succeed, & it feels good to be very satisfied with their service. I came across 5 Stones Carpet Cleaning reference from my property manager. They are a small family owned business. Therefore their reputation and service are everything to them. Unlike large nationwide chains who are there to perform a service and just get paid. They will work with you, they offer three different cleaning packages, but they will adjust the packages according to your needs. Their tech was punctual, friendly, clean and professional unlike some companies who hire people off the street to help to cut cost.
Richard who was our cleaning technician went above and beyond. My wife had thrown out her back that morning and he noticed she was struggling to help me move a few heavy pieces. So he stepped in to take over for her. This is a Father and Son business so they take great pride in their work and business. Oh and yes they did a great job on the carpet. Recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Tristan and his father did an awesome job on my furniture and carpet. The sofas look new, the carpet is nice and bright, and the house smells fresh and clean. They were very kind, efficient, and honest about the level of treatment that was required. I was expecting the more expensive treatment, but it wasn't necessary, and I appreciate the honesty. I will definitely hire 5 Stone in the future.
