Young Mr. Padilla is quite respectful and professional. His prices and his work are excellent, thus my rating. He works hard and will take care of any issues or problems you may have with his work. . . or so he says; I had no issues at all. I was so impressed I immediately asked him to do my office building, which he is doing this morning. I also told three other offices in the complex about him, as I think young people who work hard and do good work at fair prices need to be encouraged. Top flight. I saw the poor review he was given by someone else but assume it was from an unscrupulous competitor, as there is NOTHING in his demeanor or actions that would EVER support referring to Mr. Padilla as a snake or dishonest!

This guy no called/no showed TWICE. He has no consideration of your time. I work and had to move my schedule around twice for these appointments and he couldn't have even bothered to let me know he wasn't bothering on keeping our appointments.

Edit: I'm updating my review with the messages he sent me. He also responded that he has never spoken to me and that I wasn't a customer which is untrue. He became upset that I wouldn't take his bribe to remove my review. Very unprofessional and unhinged. I would be very worried for people letting this person into their homes.

Sunshine window cleaning is a tremendous value. I have had several other companies clean my windows and they have really impressed me. I will be calling them again soon. My view has never been better. Please give them a try. You will be very happy as well

Sunshine Window Cleaning provides outstanding service on every level. They performed an especially difficult cleaning on roofing tiles and did a perfect job. They arrived on time, texting 15 minutes before. They worked diligently and produced a fantastic result--all for a reasonable price. I was thrilled to find them.

Jacob of Sunshine Windows was prompt, clean and polite. He returned my call with in 10 minutes and provided an estimate right away,and emailed it to me directly.
He called prior to arrival and was on time. He confirmed the work to be done and did an excellent job! We can see beautifully through our unstreaked windows . He made sure we were happy with the work done and left no trace in the house. Be wore shoe covers as well.

Jacob cleaned our honeycomb blinds about a month ago and he is in every way professional, polite, and very good at his job, and the charges were very reasonable. He took over the business from his father 3 years ago and takes great pride in his work, as he should. We will ask him back to do the windows.

Jacob came to my home exactly when I wanted my windows cleaned. He was on time and very neat while he cleaned my windows. He did an estimate before he started so that was nice as well. I would highly recommend using Sunshine cleaning. They are prompt, professional and very neat. They will come back and clean anything that doesn’t meet your satisfaction. I will use them again!

I have used this company twice now and can't say enough about the service and quality of Jacob's work. The price for cleaning is VERY reasonable and Jacob is prompt and efficient when he is cleaning. My windows have never looked better and I am now "signed up" for regular twice yearly service to keep them looking that way. Can't recommend him more strongly.

Wow! Sent an online inquiry on a Friday evening and received a prompt response. Jacob was able to make it out to my home the next morning as per my request. Didn't expect that would even be possible so that was definitely impressive! Jacob did an excellent job on my view windows and charged a fair price! Jacob did an excellent job cleaning my large south facing windows. There must have been 50 years of hard water build up. Now they are clear. He also cleaned the interior upon my request. He kept me posted of his ETA and showed up on time. I appreciated his professionalism and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend Jacob's service.

Jacob is the best window cleaner I have ever contracted with. Blew through my 2400 sq ft home in two hours all by himself. All inside and outside windows and eight skylights on my roof. The guy is just a machine! All the windows are spotless. You would be crazy to call anyone else, and his prices are extremely reasonable!
