Absolutely the most reliable, highest quality and best customer service you could hope for. Our carpets look great, Tristan and Richard were early, friendly and helpful. This moving experience has been one of the greatest nightmares of my life, but 5 Stones have been a ray of sunshine on otherwise dark days. Could not even begin to recommend them enough.

Great service. We had pet odor in our master bedroom. We vacuumed and carpet cleaned on our own but still couldn't get it out. They showed up on Super Bowl Sunday! Room smells clean and they still pulled a lot of dirt out. So happy we got them to come do it professionally. Will use again for sure

I highly recommend 5 Stones! I own short term rentals and had greasy carpet stains that I thought may never come out — but 5 Stones completed the job in just an hour! The stains came out fantastically and the carpets look beautiful and ready for happy guests once again.

Tristan did an amazing job cleaning our carpets after our dog used the upstairs as a bathroom while we were on vacation. They were thorough, quick, and also made sure I had realistic expectations about the damage. Tristan examined the areas I wanted cleaned and quoted me before starting any work. He also offered additional steps for some bad spots. I appreciated that they had pricing on their website and a description of each service. We will most definitely be calling them back to do our tile and grout downstairs.

Tristan and his father did a great job. I had just purchased a home and it had an odor from dog urine. I can no longer smell the odor and the carpet looks great. Definitely will use these guys again and recommend them. Very professional and great work.

The team was super responsive and did an incredible job on our carpets! With lots of heavy traffic and a large dog we were anticipating needing to replace our fairly new carpets in the next year or two, and after the cleaning they look brand new! They gave us great tips for maintenance going forward as well. Can’t say enough great things and will definitely use them again!

Tristan does excellent work! We have pets who shed a great deal of hair, have hairball accidents and leave traces of their dirt, skin oil, and drool.
Our two year old carpet looks marvelous after each service.
We also have a carpeted staircase that gets heavy traffic, looks amazing each time. Tristan works hard, is neat, and timely. The cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend his business.

Tristan and Richard were here today to clean the den carpet(which was in bad shape) and stairs. Called me to let me know they were on the way, very prompt. Very informative about my type of carpet and stains. They came out beautiful. They have excellent equipment. Will have them come out again and definitely will refer them to friends. We purchased a house with travertine floors that we thought would never come clean. 5 Stones to the rescue! They cleaned and sealed the travertine, as well as carpet cleaning in two bedrooms. The difference is unbelievably amazing!! Well worth the money.

What a great company! I was the lucky one…called middle of last week, they had an opening in a week or so. I have older carpet and they make it look like new! They arrived on time, did an amazing job cleaning my carpet and were just wonderful people. I highly recommend them!

We hired 5 Stones to clean my father's apartment while he was at the hospital. He's a senior citizen and was not able to do a lot of cleaning for himself anymore and we no longer live in Albuquerque which means he wasn't able to do tasks like flip his mattress. 5 Stones was worth every penny.
